The kids liked the play ground have not been to ice cream shop in a few years prices have went up
We loved it! I really like when places have legit ice cream (not just the soft serve) and the fenced in playground is SO clutch!!
We have gone here for a long time and always had good service. Last night we were not given what we ordered. I questioned the employees and they said it was correct. We did send a private message to their Facebook page with a pic of what we received. They chose to read the message and then just ignore us. So, I decided to leave a public review instead.
Price was surprisingly high in comparison to other similar local joints for what was a middle of the road turtle. Also, we waited quite a while for what appeared to be a small line. I give this the benefit if the doubt though due to potential staffing issues.
A big variety of flavors of Hudsonville ice creams, flavorburst, shakes, flurries, etc. The giant size shakes are huge! Prices are fair and they have a nice playground for the kids.
They have flavor burst, ice cream ?, the young ladies are very respectful and professional, courteous and kind
I paid almost $10 for 2 small kids cones and a small adult, which doesn't bother me, but this time we had barely a scoop,in our tiny bowls.I was really disappointed, but I will try again..
We have a cone 3 or 4 times a week. Great value. I tried the large i could not finish it.
Knowing that I can safely eat the soft serve ice cream with my nut allergy is amazing! The staff was great when I had questions!!! Our FAVORITE place to go!!
The two girls working tonight 9-24 at 9:30pm are great employees. Customer service was above average and they made my son's night. The ice cream was great as always, however I wish I asked their names because they made the experience even better!
