Food was great, atmosphere great, service great!! Great place for our date night!! Crystal was so nice and accommodating!! Sweet and considerate!! We will be back!! Only downfall, weed smell, but that’s the new world.
So, we came here during the afternoon when they weren’t very busy. We sat ourselves down near the bar.The pros:-food was great-food was really great. Seriously.The cons:-The bartender didn’t understand how to mix drinks to keep it from curdling.-The food took 30 minutes to arrive-My autistic son had French fries and the bartender/server gave him his order without telling him they were super duper hot and he would have burned himself had I not seen the steam.-Our server was talking about going out and stuff with the other employees and would act annoyed if we bothered her.-she also took forever to make drinks
Walked in today 6-16-22 and there was a older lady and we brought the kids in and she had two tables, and we wanted to sit on the top deck and she was super rude and said “I don’t want to run food up to the top today” in a super rude voice.... treated us like a dog. So we in the best way to be polite even though it was really hard too said okay we will take our business else where and she didn’t care. They legit had two tables... never going back. There’s plenty of places to go downtown Muskegon where you’ll be treated like a human being. All the other restaurants were packed but I understand after today why they only had two tables... I don’t see them lasting to long with having workers with attitudes like that...
Terrible service. Sat at a table for ten minutes...then went and ordered drinks at the roof top bar she asked where we were sitting I told her the corner table, she said she would bring them right out, never did. Ten minutes later a different waitress comes to the table and asked if we had been helped. I explained I had ordered at the bar she said she'd check and make sure we got served...ten more minutes went by and we were ready to order food when the drinks came...drinks never came...ten minutes later after being there half hour now and had nothing but menus (that I asked for and got at the bar myself) hungry and thirsty we left. Nothing positive to say. Service sucked...won't be back.
We stopped in on a Tuesday night, and there was a pretty decent group of people in there. We waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by the bartender (?) - the only person of three people behind the bar that was actually working. We waited 5 more minutes and still were not given menus or asked for drink orders. It was super disappointing. It seems like the staff is either disorganized or doesn't care. If we're in the area again, we may give it another chance, but there are a lot of restaurants in the area, this one missed the mark.
Visited here for the first time today, terrible service. Sat at the bar. The bartender never asked if we wanted even refills. I got a burger and wasnt even what it described on the menu, missing items that were supposed to be on it and over cooked by a loooong mile. I asked the bartender if my girl could have a refill and she responded "well she didnt ask for a refill" in a snarky attitude. Will never return due tp terrible bartender hospitality.

Nice variety to the menu. Food is quite tasty, (it’s our 2nd visit) the prices are great, the staff is nice, over all a great place to grab a bite to eat and have a beer with it.
Got a burger and perch here both with fries which were soggy and the fish was old not fresh. Burger was cooked correctly but had no flavor and no seasoning. Be careful eating here, didn't feel well after eating. Definitely not worth the money.
