Service is generally spot on but today was a fail. After ordering I proceeded to the window where I was told they didn't have the sandwich I wanted. I ordered a different sandwich minus onions. When I was handed the sandwich I asked if it was without onions to which she said yes. I pulled away opened my sandwich to find it loaded with onions. I find it so frustrating that people don't care enough to check the order BEFORE passing it off.
This used to be my families go to. You could feed a large group of people quickly and economically . All while on the go.I recently visited with my grand daughter. We didn't need to feed an army. I ordered the chili dog meal. The chili was all beans. Pureed beans. I tasted zero spice or meat. The pure bean taste was bad enough that I tried to scrape it off to no avail.I get that your prices had to increase, but raising prices and reducing food quality and taste is a bad bundle.I wish you well but I will be finding my chili dog fix elsewhere next time I am back in town.
Usually decent food. But can’t seem to get an order right lately. Ordered a plain burger and comes with everything. It gets old. You’d think less work would be easier. Guy in front of me went back inside carrying his drive through order. Girl at window hard to hear with music playing from her phone the whole time.
Arrived on a Sat evening around 8:30. Employees came out back door, one vaping. The one vaping looked angry so I rolled down my window and asked "Are you guys still open?" And he says "Yes, but DAMN"!! And stomps his foot. We should have just left then but we didn't and went through the drive thru. Ordered brisket burger and fries, double cheese with season fries. Specifically asked for sour cream. Got home (2min drive) had no sour cream, super small amount of fries (could have put both orders together and had one small fry) they were way under cooked and soggy. Bill was over 20 bucks for these 4 items. I can understand if they were busy maybe forgetting the sour cream. But we were the ONLY ones there. Now I understand why! Terrible service and terrible food.I also should add, we waited over 15 min while being their only customers! Grew up enjoying this restaurant from time to time. Sad really.
The wait time was incredibly long in the drive-thru like usual. My fiancé's food was lukewarm, but my small milkshake was delicious. The peanut butter milkshakes have always been a go-to of mine and it's always great. I only wish that the food matched up to the milkshakes.
There was only three people working when my husband and I went there today. We waited for them to come take our money for about five minutes, and it seemed like my shake had been sitting out the whole time. There wasn't a line in the drive thru at all, so not understanding the wait. The fries tasted stale, after we started eating them and the burgers were ok. It will be awhile before I come back or if I come back to this store at least.
Tried Mr. Quick's for the first time shortly after moving to the area. It's a very home-town sort of fast food joint, not going to get 3 Michelin Stars anytime soon, but serves a good burger or chili dog for when you're craving fast food.
Usually go to the one on hts ravenna. They're always amazing. Brought my sister to the one in North Muskegon and I regret every penny I spent. Cold burger. hard fries that were barely warm. Lady at the window was being short and impatient. Getting an attitude and being snotty. I will definitely make sure I go to the one on hts ravenna. North Muskegon location is a joke!! Ew
I had chili dogs. I'd recommend them. Very good, and price was reasonable
Went to the North Muskegon Quick's and was disappointed!! I didn't think they made their food ahead of time but.... 2nd time i've gone through the drive thru and the fries were cold right aftrr receiving them. Not sure why they make a person wait so long in line if the food has been made ahead and sitting getting cold. Spent over $40 and won't be back again.
