Although my family and I greatly enjoy eating here, their drive through menu says a certain price for some items, but once you pay, you are paying more than the price on the board. I give 5-stars for the food, but 3-stars for the issue of higher prices than marked..ie.. we purchased two orders of cheese curds and an order of seasoned fries and was told our total was over $16. That was about $3 more than the menu prices. When I first got there, I was only the 2nd car in line. There was an employee standing out of the side door, playing with a remote controlled car in the parking lot. (Hoping he was just on his break). I was asked to wait to order. After 4 minutes, my order was taken. I pulled up to the drive through and waited 5 more minutes before getting to the window. Finally got to the window and could only see 3 employees. (I completely understand the short staff issues going on right now). After another 6 minutes, I was given my food, but was missing an item. The gentleman at the window was very apologetic for the excessive wait times and the missing item. I thanked him and said I completely understood. 5-stars for service as well. However just the price discrepancy is the reason I am giving 3 stars...
This place used to be great but with the new seating and no longer having larger apple pies , wasn’t too thrilled. The seating does not make sense. Food is ok, used to brag about this place.
Great place been going there for years favorite thing is the Burger bundle even though they made it more expensive I still enjoy ordering it and they're awesome banana shakes
Just picked up a chili dog special - so disappointed - both buns were broken - makes it difficult to enjoy.
Was pretty good . Different story nowStarting to slip,,,, burgers cold and dry now and they appear much smaller thinner.
I hate to do this, been going to mr. quick for years and normally had exceptional service and food. However the last several times I have gone the food has been wrong and along with given dried out stale buns. Half these times I have been met with rude cashier (same one each time). At this time I can no longer recommend mr. quick. Hopefully in the future I can retract this review. This review is regarding the mr. quick on whitehall rd.
For being the only one in drive thru and it taking as long as it did. I was thinking everything was going to be fresh. The fries were stale and room temp. The hot cheese dogs were skimpy. But the price is low.

Ordered a 1/2 cheeseburger deluxe. Got home and went to eat my burger found no cheese no condiments no onions no pickles and the lettuce was old. This is not how I Ordered it. Have had multiple problems with night shift messing up only my food they get my husband's right every time. The photos are exactly how I got my food.
Pretty fast service and great food for being fast food. Would eat this over any popular fast food joint.
