I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and got milk with caramel. No espresso in it. I asked about it and the manager argued with me and said there was and then said 'I guess I'll make another one for you. I'm not stirring it this time, though, so you can see there IS espresso in it. Same machine and everything.' and was generally very rude during the whole interaction. I'm attaching a picture of the so-called 'macchiato' that supposedly had espresso in it.
I've worked at like 3 McDonald's, your supposed to put more whip than what I got. It didn't even get a full pass. Half of the top is whip cream in a singular layer. This is just a disappointing drink. Noticed that very time I've come to this one. I'll choose a different location for now.Edit : drink taste sour. That means the machine needs to be cleaned ?
Had to pull into parking spot and wait 15 minutes for 2 sausage burritos and 2 coffees. Ended up with cheeseburgers, nuggets, and fries. Having worked in fast food, I understand the wait. But come on, it’s 2 burritos.UPDATE: upon returning for correct food, the lady at the first window was very respectful and helpful, but the younger woman at the second window (who messed up the first time) gave us the most sarcastic smirk. Upon checking to make sure we got the correct food, she laughed at us and walked away before we had a chance to look up. Our food was stale and hard, and cold to the touch. Recommend trying somewhere different, don’t waste your time and money.
Had decided to do a curbside order through the app for my family and I. We had gotten there and had waited about 30 minutes for our to come on out but never came out. I usually have patience when it’s busy but 30 minutes for a small order of food to come on out? I had a screaming kid in the back and had to go in to get my food. I didn’t get my other kids’ fries that had come with the order. Won’t come back.
Service is usually OK but food is not!!!!Cold, soggy fresh. When you say something it's usually followed up with a shoulder shrug and they walk away.
This McDonald's has amazing customer service. I tried the sea air land sandwich and it was really good. The manager went the extra mile to get me extra sauce before I pulled off. Thanks for the great service. Hats off to Ms. manager?
drive thru was not the best experience i have had compared to other mcdonalds, cashier seemed confused with my order and my food wasnt very warm, ecspecially my fries that seemed they have been sitting under their warmer that isn't hot enough
Standard McDonald's fare - have stopped here a few times over the years. They're reasonably fast but seem to have about a 50% accuracy rate when filling any of my orders. Probably decent if you enjoy McD food & don't special order anythingMy most recent visit was in the aftermath of a storm when the entire area was without power. They must have a generator because they were open & the drive-thru was lined out to the street at 10 am. Indoor dining was closed. Under the circumstances, the line was moving well.I decided to only order standard items, so 2 lattes & 2 hash browns. Order was rung up correctly, line moved well, got my bag & coffee & off I went. When I opened the bag I had 2 egg mcmuffins instead of the hash browns. And I'm allergic to eggs - can't eat these & I am not waiting in the line to try to straighten it out.So I don't know if I'm just supremely unlucky or more likely, the employee training is lacking in checking orders. In either case, I have had enough of these issues that I can't recommend this particular McDonald's for anything more than slow times & no special orders. Be sure to check everything before you leave the window.
Ordered two drinks only. Waited 12 minutes and they delivered the wrong order. I don't mind being patient when service workers are busy, but at least get a 2 item order right or offer to make it right. I saw the line behind me and called it a day.
Placed order through the app and picked it up curbside. Food was fresh and hot and high quality. Also the young man who brought me my food was very professional and friendly.
