Pulled up to the speaker at 10:32 and was told they Closed at 10:30 due to short staffing. This is ridiculous. Especially when I know myself and a few other people have applied to this location and NEVER heard back. Ridiculous. There was 3 people left for you guys to help and no one else pulled up. 2 MINUTES.This is not the first time I have had this issue either. It has been a multiple event and the only McDonald’s open off the highway in north Muskegon till 11.Especially on holiday weekend.
I don't like that they got rid of the play place, also Everytime I want a chocolate shake, and come to this McDonald's, they tell me... The machine is down, which is a lie, they just don't want to clean it. They are fast with orders, but most of the time they get something wrong, or something is always missing from my order... If I tallied up all the times they forgot my food, and could claim said food... I would be able to eat free for a week, breakfast lunch and dinner...lolSeriously though guys... I almost stopped coming here altogether, because of the problems mentioned... The last few times I ordered food from here, it was all there, and everything was good... So... Idk.. it's McDonald's, not hells kitchen, so gotta expect some problems... Ya know...
It is like the staff forgot how to operate with guests in the dining room. They made rude comments about drive thru customers and the managers were screaming at their staff about returning from break. We are there to eat and shouldn't he subjected to those conversations. Food took forever. Receipt from kiosk didn't print and the fries were undercooked. The person that delivered the food was great and the order was correct. Much room for improvement.
The friendliest staff at any McDonald's ever!! I didnt catch the ladies name but she was overly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed even though we were just passing through coming back from spring break!
I don't care for McDonald's food. But what I do love is their specialty coffee selections. I work real early in the morning and McDonald's is the only thing open at that time when I pass through. Starbucks, biggby coffee ect opens after I have to be to work clocked in. So I love getting their coffee only issue with this location is when you pull up to the speaker they purposely will not answer you even though they are open and you can see workers with head sets on. And this is an every week issue. An If you still sit an wait when they finally do get on the speaker they are soooo RUDE. EVEN MANAGEMENT. There is one girl who works there she's such a sweetheart hbut I rarely see her that early in the a.m. They also love to shut their lights off before they are closed to make customers think they're not open lol.
Used the free sandwich in the app. Had the chicken sandwich. It was very tasty

Great food as always! Fast and friendly service. Went through the drive thru and the line was several cars deep... They ran that drive thru line like a well oiled machine! In less than 5 minutes I placed my order, paid, and picked up my fresh, hot food! Very impressive!
They gave our food and drink to wrong person n then took it back from the person. We pulled up to window and asked for a new drink bc we don’t want something that someone else had touched… they didn’t want to give another yet eventually did then they expected us to leave as we said we still had food they said what food n then said they alr gave it to us! Let’s just say I’m never coming back the young lady and older lady were extremely rude!
