What a joke. I mean, I knew not to expect much with McDonald’s, but since we were short on time and very hungry, I decided to give them a shot. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and got a regular chicken sandwich with pickles on it. I went in and told them they messed up and this is where it gets frustrating. The kids on the line are playing on their phones and joking with each other while the employees in front are waiting on food. The kitchen is trashed as well. Out of about 10 employees, maybe 4 of them were actually working. The icing on the cake? I walked out and got in my car to discover that they YET AGAIN, gave me the wrong sandwich! Definitely just done with all McDonald’s establishments.
Had a french fry craving so I went to McDonald's that was near me and got a french fry they were hot service was quick and there wasn't one left
Food was cold and not worth 10$ for 2 cheeseburgers small fry.med tea customer service was good and was clean
Came here for takeout during these Covid Times and the food was amazing! New Management is a sight for sore eyes. The guy in the window, Joe really cheered me up.
I have enjoyed McDonald's for 60+ years. I am disappointed with the Mill Iron/Apple store.I doubt that I will return to that location but if I do I will check my entire order before even leaving the window.We (my family and I) stopped and bought dinner. I don't know the exact day but it was in the evenjng. I also don't know names. However, one of the cooks is apparently not very intelligent and one of the managers (A female) is not honorable. I had ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers plain.. When we got home I discovered that my bacon double cheeseburgers consisted of two hamburger patties, cheese and buns. I looked on the wrapper and receipt and they clearly said bacon double cheeseburgers plain. There was no bacon on my bacon double cheeseburgers! I called to inform them and the manager asked for my name and address which I provided. She said that she would send a certificate in the mail for those to be replaced. Over a month passed by and I receive nothing. Even though I was apparently ripped off I wrote a positive review because I am a McDonald's fan. I did mention the incident and whoever runs this page gave me a link that wouldn't work. I expressed that and received several responses to try this and that which were all dead ends. I was just going to drop it and count it a loss but now it's the principle of the matter. My last message to whoever was writing was to give them my address and tell them that if the situation wasn't resolved I would retract my positive. review and replace it with a negative. That went unanswered so here I am. Pretty lousy customer service and I see by other reviews here that I'm not the only one effected. Maybe Art Scott should get his business in order.

Never gets A order right food is disgusting ?
They have 2 lanes but only use 1. When they do use both lanes people dont pay attention to who ordered first and try squeezing through.
