So there is a young man by the name of Drew that’s in management at the McDonald’s on Apple, and I want to tell everyone about him. 1. He is very detail oriented. 2. He’s attentive to what his staff is doing. (Even in the dinner rush) 3. I had a problem and he solved it with a smile and was courteous during all three of our encounters this evening. If Drew is your son, nephew or cousin, applaud him! Food service is a tough industry especially post Covid! Most places are understaffed constantly and can’t maintain professionalism in chaos and this young man showed patience and exemplary customer service today. It may not mean much, or it may mean a lot, but Drew is raising the bar at the Apple Ave location.
Bad customer service. I work in fast food and I can just tell you it was horrible. My small smoothie was legit half way full. I didn’t even say anything because they were already being so rude.
It's fine. Mainly I love a couple Shamrock ☘ Shakes☺❣ It still tastes like it use to when I was little.
Ordered two cokes only received one. Told to show reciept and was not given one. Politely told them I'd buy another one and told me I'd have to go back around their line. Been a long time since I've gone to McDonald's, now I remember why. Side note! The coke syrup was either low or out cause the one coke I did actually recieve, was gross. If I could go lower than 1 star I would.
The food was pretty okay. I was happy with it except the sandwiches were pretty crooked. The service was friendly, so that's always a plus. I am happy they made it through the hard times and are finally getting back to normal.
I really hate to say it but I really had a bad experience the last time I was here. I ordered a large #b4 chicken sandwich with large coke and fries. I went to pay for my order at the drive thru and there were two employees messing around at the window. I sat there for a minute before one of them opened the window to take my money then i went to the 2nd window I was handed a small coke and a bag so ok I just grabbed it to see how they did. It was sad my chicken sandwich was so dry like it sat in a bag in a window in the sun for 8 hours. My fries were so cold and soggy my dog wouldn't even eat them. What does that say about them fries? I was disappointed with my meal and service! You might get better service it could of just been one of them days.
Went to the one on Apple cuz it's closer to my job but I don't really like them because you got to wait so long to get your order then by the time you get your order is not fresh a fries taste like they just been sent way too long cheese ain't really melted on the burgers
Slooooooow at lunch and late dinner. Not a fan of people that work th3ee alot. They arent happy at mcdonalds. Bonus......................................nailed the happy meal. Good for u kids. Squirrles get nuts ...
If you’re looking for people who take absolutely no pride or care in their work to make your food, then this is your place!!! I bought food here yesterday and after looking at it, just cut my losses, rather than attempting to eat it.
It was great service also they was so busy in both lines for drive through and those workers where hustling getting the customers through the line.And I thought great there going mess my order up having this many cars and there moving as fast as they was.They did fantastic job not one mistake even went above and beyond to find me container so I could dip my fries in tarter sauce they don't have packets of that.So great job to all of the workers that day.
