5/17/22 Apple Ave Muskegon purchased meal for sick family called it in well in advance only to drop it off an receive a call that lil John's order was shorted he is vegetarian. I requested a refund because I can't come right back 30 mile ride. I wasn't even asked my name ? but when told I'd have to return the item how can I return something I wasn't given
When we ordered our chicken, got home and the chicken was burnt, not sure we will order from them again, will have to look at chicken before I leave.
This was my worst experience that I have ever had at a KFC restaurant. The problem began when I ordered their $20 fill up bucket. I ordered an extra side of coleslaw because I thought it came with a vegetable. The cashier never said to me that this meal already comes with coleslaw. He told me my bill would be $27. I asked him if the side costs about $7 and he said no because the $20 fill up meal costs now just a little under $22. I found out when I got home that I had two sides of coleslaw and no vegetable. Why didn't he tell me of the price change on my meal and why didn't he tell me that the meal comes with a side of coleslaw. The chicken was not that great. I think I was dealing with a robot than a real person because a real person would have told me at first that the $20 fill up bucket priced had changed and the meal comes with coleslaw. Do you still want another side of coleslaw? Robots work this way for them. I do not plan to ever go back to this restaurant since I want to deal with real people not robots. This is probably why they have no customers.

Tried the new plant based nuggets. They were much better than expected. A little greasy, but I will order them again.
About 7pm on February 17th. Bought two meals with drinks. Half full drinks, no sauces that i asked for. Don't make me waste my time and money on poor service. Some of us work hard for our money and spending it there seems like a bad idea now. Hope it's better next time. If I decide to ever go again.
Rude employees as I ordered ahead and the sign on the door says lobby closed, so I went thru the drive through. They had a fit and made me come inside (I was the only customer). I went inside and they never greeted me or even came to the counter. Just yelled at me with directions to take my order from under the heat lamp. What was supposed to be original was definitely not. OK for most, but spicy is not for me. Sad, as I used to love KFC. I won't be back.
Great for a good meal on a night you don't want to cook. The line is usually longer than a burger place but chicken takes a long time to cook so I would rather wait than get raw food.
Awesome service and the food was spot on KFC.
