I placed my order through the drive through. The guy who waited on me was terrible. First he was acting like I was an inconvenience. He didn't ask if I wanted to add cheese and didn't ask if I was a rewards customer, which I am. I said oh I want cheese on my sub. When I got to the window to pay all the workers were laughing and horsing around. I asked about rewards when I remembered and he said too late I can't do it now. Then when I was eating my sub it tasted kinda dry so I opened it up and it didn't have any manaise on it. I guess they were too busy to pay attention to their job. They didn't have customers inside and only one car besides me. I will not be going back to this location as this isn't first time with issues.
This location always hooks me up with the best Sammies! Also, they messed up my order once, and immediately brought me a fresh remake. Thanks guys!!

The staff are immature and rude at this location. Management is the problem. If they had a better leader, they might be able to be trained.
I love the veggies sandwich light lettuce no cheese but this time was ridiculous it came with three tomatoes 4 cucumbers and tiny tiny bit of lettuce and no advacados..so basically eating bread.
Rather much enjoy Jimmy John's.Today though, the young man working the drive thru was rude on the mic and at the window. Side note: If you're going to wear a mask, wear it properly. If you're not going to wear one, then don't. Not sure JJ's policy on this.Specifically asked for a #1 with out tomatoes. Got tomatoes on the sandwich still. I don't think this would have happened if the other four younger employees had actually been paying attention, instead of talking none stop. Even with the drive thru window closed, I could hear them talking from my car. Not that talking at work is a no go, just pay attention and focus on what you're doing. This JJ seems to lack a sense of professionalism. I would say that it is because of the younger staff but if they don't know any better, that's on management. Behavior reflects attitude, and attitude reflects leadership.
A week ago I I got home and found out my order was wrong a couple days later I was back for lunch again I told the manager about it and my sandwich was free! Thank you so much for making it right, I’ll be back!

I've been to this Jimmy John's several times and they manage to get the order wrong every time and they are super slow!
