I frequent Jimmy Johns because it is normally fast and great customer service. I was on my lunch break and had a horrible experience. I will not return to this location. I ordered food then find out only taking cash. Okay that is not a problem. Not the fastest for being "freaky fast". Again not a problem. I get back to work open my sandwich and there is greenish/gray looking mold on the bread. I was so disgusted. I showed coworkers who agreed it looked like mold. I called the store to make them aware. The manager doesn't have experience in customer service just saying, "it's gray powder we use on our pans" and was very short. As if that makes me want to eat my food knowing gray powder is all over it. I called another more professional jimmy johns to confirm it was powder and food safe and they confirmed it was powder used on pans but stated if gray powder was all over my food it was from improper food handling. Then they apologized for the experience at Muskegon and for the location being under different ownership so they couldn't do anything.
Had an issue with an emplyee that now does not work there.owner went out of his way, and fixed the issue.There was other issues, but thats between us.store manager fixed our issue in a timely manor.3 star cause i have yet to try their food, but the owner is amazing!
Went to go eat here, and their dining room was closed for no reason, whatsoever. The staff at the drive-thru window was not friendly and was standing around, while I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made.
Ordered a beefy black and blue Meal they got the potato chips and the pop right but I received a turkey bacon lettuce and tomato!
#7 (Billy Club), cut in 1/2, add onions ??? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Appreciated the drive thru at this location as we were just passing through the area. It was a Sunday afternoon about 2:30pm when we stopped and they were not busy.The order wasn't 100% correct despite the person taking the order repeating everything back and I confirmed each selection. We had two meals. We ordered a Coke and a bottle of water as our drinks and as the employee handed us the soda, they said, "Here's your Cherry Coke." So close but not quite. Not a huge deal as Cherry Coke is good too but for someone else might be a problem. They did offer to get a different one, but we didn't mind. I had asked for my sandwich cut in half which it wasn't and the #9 my spouse got was sloppily constructed and some of the meat was also wrapped in the wrapper. However everything tasted as it should (except for the cherry Coke haha). We ate our sandwiches in the parking lot and went on about our trip. It hit the spot.
No point in ordering through the app. Watched them help many customers through drive through meanwhile I place an order long before like 20 min! This is ridiculous!
The food is great but this is easily the slowest jimmy John's I've ever ordered from.It takes 30 min and sometimes longer to deliver my food and they're a 3 minute drive from my house.If I had a vehicle, I'd gladly go get the food myself. Believe me.
They don't deliver 4 miles away lol
