I ordered a thin crust CBR, worst pizza l ever tried, dry bc whatever ranch sauce was put on dried up during baking! Taste like cardboard, little weird pieces of chicken on it- rubbery-- returned it after ONE BITE - MGR let me order a different pizza, tried the Hawaiian, just ok, will never go back there!! Sticking to Dominos, Glenside Pub & Scribs, way better!!! Also, l called it in & l still had to wait in a long line that was slow, very sorry l ever thought about trying it bc l was curious after seeing all the commercials, WHAT A RIP OFF & FALSE ADVERTISING, LOOKS ARE DECEIVING SO BEWARE!
Always the best pizza. Getting the same thing since 1984. Square slices with pepperoni. Best ever and stays the same.
Double pepperoni really. Never had any issues here before, but this just makes one think.

This pizza is expensive but tastes amazing! This is the Perfectly Paired Pepperoni with triple pepperoni, triple cheese, and feta with extra sauce. This is the only place that I've ever seen that offers triple toppings. (this was almost $30)Edit :I've ordered 3 times so far, and all 3x I've added triple cheese, even writing it in the notes to please be sure that there's enough. All 3 times the cheese is severely lacking considering I'm paying for TRIPLE. My request for enough cheese has been blatantly ignored.Photo 3 is all the cheese you get after ordering 3x Mozzarella and 2x feta. Are you fricking SERIOUS???

I placed an order for the first time at the Norton Shores Location! It was the wrong pizza when I opened it at home. I called the store and spoke with Robert. His comment was” do you want to file a complaint…I’m busy”!! I was shock and hung up!! I called the next day to speak to a manager. Frank. He had a I don’t care attitude!!My advise, if you don’t care what you get, quality of what you get….order here, because they don’t care!!!! It is truly a shame! I wasn’t expecting anything! Just an apology! Sorry! I walked into the store and picked up my order…they had plenty of workers! They also demand & expect you too tip them when paying?!? Really!!! I picked it up!!!I wonder where the tip money really goes too? The owner?What is next??
Did a pick up. A panhandler approached us as we got out of our car.... made us feel less than safe. The floor tiles were badly staiined. The kitchen was an open kitchen and looked clean. Employees were nice but couldn't "authorize" giving us garlic butter sauce instead of marinara without an up charge. Where we live, the butter sauce comes with it.
The service is amazing, and the salad is so cold, crisp, and fresh. It was delicious, and I will be going back. Thank you. 5*
