Ordered curbside. Waited 20+ minutes in the parking lot after my food was done only to find out that they saw my car in the parking lot but decided it couldn't be the right car. They have a description of it and it was the only one of that car in the parking lot. Order was cold, wrong, and missing items. Called the manager who was kinda rude and only offered excuses instead of actually apologizing. Then he refused to give me a refund and only offered to compensate me for another meal. I'd never go back here if my next meal wasn't free. Probably not worth it anyway, but I'm not about to let them have a win from me. Even if I just throw it out after I get the free meal.
A little slow but food was good and the waitress was working hard. The only thing I didn't see her doing was answering the phone. She didn't have help and looked like she had one half of the restaurant all by herself. And kept our coffee full and pleasant. If they only had more like her they would have nothing to complain about. Wish I remember her name she deserves a raise.
Pretty good service. The prices were pretty fair. I did pay $12.99 for a mega burger and had quite a bit of pink meat in it...gross. The pancakes as always were delicious. I also enjoyed that they offered flavored Coffee Mate as a choice for creamers. Nice little carafe at the table that held several hot cups of coffee. Other than the super annoying kid crying at the table next to us with the mother who did nothing but make empty threats, it was a good time.
I was blown away. I was served burnt toast and a sandwich that was not on the menu. My daughter asked why there was string in her pancake as she pulled hairs out of it. It’s cool tho, the manager gave us $10 off the bill lol. Never going back.
First time here and we ordered take out and when we received our food the shake was melted watery and when we looked over order we noticed the very small fruit order and decided to not get it..the manager came out and was upset That we didn't want the fruit. He didn't want to refund the fruit and told us to order something else. We chose fries and got a handful for the $8 fruit? The food was good but the manager was rude and challenging. He needs a class in customer service...Won't return here. But the young ladies at cash register and who took order were sweet and polite.

We asked for a booth. The manager said we would have to wait because all the servers are busy. A party of 8 people came in after us and were seated in a booth. This is ridiculous. I called and I hope I get a call back. IHOP used to be good. Such a shame that this place is failing like everything else around it.
Service was great! Polite and friendly only reason not 5 stars is because the bacon was definitely not made to order. The rest of the food was delicious tho!!!
The staff was attentive and well mannered. Nice to see bilingual servers! Dining area was very clean. Food came out fast and was made to order. Can't say the food better than other breakfast places but it was on par with them. Much praise for how clean and well-managed this location was. Overall a great experience.
Food and service was good but we had to wait longer than we should have and they weren't even very busy. The waitress never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink even though I put the empty glass on the edge of the table. But overall it was a decent experience. I'd go back if I was in the area.
