HORRIBLE OMG. Literally had better service at a 1 star restaurant. The staff is so rude and the cooks are musty. They cut our pizza with used scissors. ????
I’ve had Fricanos pizza since 1955. Tonight I had the worst - WORST- pizza ever! Ordered pepperoni and double sausage. Got just the opposite with microscopic cheese - cold and dried out. The bartender couldn’t find our order - then it suddenly appeared - cold. I love their pizza and look forward to having it. DISSAPPOINTMENT!
We are visiting the area and selected this place based on the reviews. We were incredibly disappointed. There were no menus so that was very confusing as first time visitors. Our cheesy bread sticks tasted like cleaning supplies (my husband's words). The pizza was ok but very bland and way too greasy. And it was honestly pretty pricey considering they don't even give you real plates.I gave two stars because our server was decent and we liked the view.
The breadsticks were better than the pizza. Friendly server. Our main disappointment was that the Sweet Shoppe portion is closed this year due to lack of employees. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except we had brought a group for my daughter’s birthday.
Not impressed, the limited choice of thin crust pizza was equal to a frozen pizza from the grocery store; the place was dark and dinghy, tables too close together (covid people), servers weren’t focused had to ask for stuff twice and once had to get my own sweetener for my tea…and the price was definitely too much for what was served…
Unless you enjoy eating pizza that tastes like burnt cardboard, you will hate this food. The crust is so thin that they cook it burnt every time that I have gone. I will never go to this restaurant again. PERIOD.
Terrible! No menu, no idea on prices, or size of the one size pizza. We had to eat off 6” paper plates, limited toppings for pizza. Pizza crust was not crispy. Bread sticks were hot dog buns. Asked for a box, we had almost a whole pizza left and was told we could not have a box and I was expected to put 8 slices of pizza on a 6 inch paper to take home with me. The waitress said that they were told to not hand out boxes but other customers were getting boxes to take their leftovers home. Will never come back!!
I've been eating at the Muskegon location for about 7-8 years and prior to that always enjoyed the Grand Haven location. Today was quite different though The crust was absolutely horrible, felt very chewy doughy not the nice thin crust with the premium flower and I paid about $3 more for the pizza due to the increase. Not happy at all with this product!
Love the pizza, but... If you've never gone there it can be a bit confusing how ordering your pizza works due to them not having menus. It's always clean, friendly, and busy. The location is beautiful and so is the building.
To say this pizza is bad, is a gross understatement, emphasis on the gross. After the first bite, the pizza coated my mouth with a bitter oily film. If I could give negative stars, I would. The cheese sticks were decent compared to the pizza, but only because it didn't leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. I've had bowling alley pizza better than the greasy, hot garbage they call pizza here. Absolutely disappointing experience, with the paper plates and salad bowls, and condiments that you'd get from fast food. Complete waste of time and money.
