Unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had at fazolis. I waited at the drive-thru menu board without a greeting for almost 5 minutes. Upon being greeted I started to place my order and they interrupted to ask if I was done ordering. I responded saying no, and added the rest of my items. When I got to the window several items were missing as I noticed the total wasn’t correct. When the order was situated I noticed on the receipt I still was not charged correctly. Everything was rung in separately instead of in meals leaving me overcharged. I waited 15 plus minutes for my food even from the window. Very upset with the service provided. I would like to talk to a manager if possible about refunding the difference. I manage a subway and understand the staffing market but this was really awful.

We got home from the store after the drive through, after being charged for three baked spaghetti with meatballs, none of my meals had them. Mind you I was charged for three orders with meatballs. After calling the store the only two options they gave me were to drive all the way back to the store to get the meatballs, or return the spaghettis to get a refund, mind you this was dinner for my kids and we live 15/20 minutes from the store, and gas is over 5 dollars a gallon right now. The manager didn't offer any alternatives to refund either the cost of the meatballs or the 3 meals. Extremely unsatisfied with how this was handled and won't be giving any more business

Worst experience we've had in a long time. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring out one item of our order and the meatballs were cold. We waited another 30 minutes for burnt pizza and dry spaghetti. I spent $50 and my kids did not get to eat the food was so disgusting. The lady who brought us our food said she had to jump in the kitchen because they had no idea what they were doing. The employees were on there phones and standing around.

Never really tried itialian fast food before. Ordered and was extremely disappointed. There's a lot wrong so I'll try to get it all here. First, there was all sorts of plastic in the food (see photo). Second, they got the two dishes I ordered completely wrong. Third, the bread sticks were all totally smashed and soggy. Do not recommend and I will stick with sit down places and less plastics.

We ordered dinner last night and our order was suppose to be done 25 minutes after I ordered it. When we got there, we were told to wait until it was done. After waiting an excessive amount of time, they told us to wait 5 more minutes and then to come inside. My husband went inside, where they had our ticket but no food. When the manager asked where this order was the cooks did not even start making it yet. So we had to wait even longer for our food. My husband also said the place was very dirty/disgusting. He also witnessed employees using their shirts for Kleenexes, no hand hygiene was done and they went right back to touching peoples food. He also observed employees preparing the food were not wearing gloves. He also said that after one employee came in from outside, the whole placed stunk like weed. If I could give this place 0 stars or even negative stars I would. We will not ever go back.

I used to LOVE this place. They had amazing bread sticks, and everything on the menu (especially lasagna) used to taste great. Recent order, though, changed my opinion. First, I ordered extra bread sticks, since they were historically good. Unfortunately, these tasted like they were leftover from my previous visit years earlier. The lasagna itself wasn't BAD, per se, just not not good. Like, frozen pre-packaged not good.

I ordered online @ Fazoli’s 3/11/22… During the ordering process which I chose delivery, it was never disclosed that Door Dash provided the delivery. I spent 70.00 supporting a local eatery. However I never received the order, even after giving specific details of how to get to my door. I called Door Dash we apologized and stated they would refund the store since I made the purchase at the store. I was cool with that and the next morning called to speak with a store manager at Fazoli’s and was told I could come in and get a cash refund. Well 4 days later when I went to get that refund. I was embarrassed at the store by the manager who appeared to have white flour on her shirt and it was sloppily untucked. I was after left at the register where an undisclosed amount of time by the cashier who tried to come back and tell me refunds weren’t given. At not one time would the manager look at the email I had that I was trying to show them that accounted for Door Dad’s refund. I was even lied to when told that I had not made the process through Fazoli’s online process. When one is in a customer service situation and in a position such as the lady who gave me a 1-800-Fazoli’s number but not her name. The manager who I could pick out of a line up was unprofessional and dishonest, so you know she can’t be trustworthy. She tried to get “ghetto” and show off in front of her team members and say I handled this with a smile, all with a frown being aggravating during an already touchy situation. This is a terrible place to dine. The manager has no control over the waiting lobby or patrons! This is from a mad mom LaKiyia Briggs

We ordered our food and went and Saturday down as instructed because someone would bring our food. We watch others come in and sit and get served their food. After about 20 minutes I went up and their was no one at the register, or even in the kitchen anymore. I found a girl sitting rolling silverware and facetiming a friend, so I asked about our order in which she grabbed our receipt and started making our order finally because they just never even started it... sad experience when you have kids with you...

I want to start with saying that most of the 5 star reviews on this page are from random accounts with non legit names and don’t have any wording on the experience that made it a good experience for them. This usually means they have customers leave false reviews to up their rating. They are not even a 3 star rating restaurant as it shows.This place is down right awful service. We made an online order and we’re told it would be ready in 30. When we got there, things were so messed up and behind inside that we waited for over 40 minutes after we got there after the first 30 minute wait, to find out they still hadn’t gotten to our order. We had gone through the drive thru first to which they told us to come inside. There is no manager or supervisor there. My kids didn’t get to eat until 10 pm because of this and we made our order at 6:30 pm. We told them we were leaving and they would not return our funds to us because they didn’t have a manager their. I will not be responding back to any comments from Fazoli’s to this telling me to contact them just so they can try to offer some sort of gift card to put a band aid on it. I thought Popeyes was bad but this takes the cake.

01/22/2022 1743hrs Fazoli's #1805Got my receipt in the drive thru. I was told to pull forward. I pulled up behind a CR-V. A sedan style car then pulled up next to me. I was boxed in. The cr-v and I ended up waiting 20mins for our food but the car on my right hand side was served under 8mins even though they ordered 3rd.A two row wait line formed of 5-6 vehicles. I understand perhaps the number of employees is low but the timing and service was way under par. Fazoli's can do better. Not impressed with this interaction. Sitting in a drive thru 15-20mons after ordering is unacceptable.Please be better and more timely in service of your drive-thru line.P.s I only order one order of breadsticks for my dinner at home. So I don't know why it took as long with out an explanation. Communication
