With a name like Fatty Lumpkins, it has to be good! The food here is all top quality, and the staff are all very friendly. I would take Fatty Lumpkins sandwiches over nearly any other sandwich in the Muskegon area.
Large hoagie (which was enough for two people!), Chicken Caesar salad, and a side of coleslaw. Absolutely delicious ? they use high quality ingredients, and don't skimp on the portions! The lettuce and spinach were crisp and fresh, the coleslaw was sweet and tangy with a nice crunch, and the hoagie... The flavors were spot on and the bread was soft and oh so good. Service was quick and polite, and their packaging is compostable. Can't say enough good things- will definitely be back soon!!!
I was beyond surprised. Brett was very helpful. He made sure that my wife's allergies were watched out for. We tried four sandwiches and a side of chicken salad. The turkey and cheese with everything on it was my favorite. The Bert's beach was a great take on a Ruben. The cluck was piled with chicken and greens with a delicious honey mustard. The chick's luv salad was toasted with just the right combo of apples and nuts. This is a must try. I'm already wanting to go back for more.
First visit. Was very good. A little pricey but was worth it. A small place, eat in, carry out, order ahead. The building next door you can also dune in, they deliver to your table after ordering at the counter. Give it a try.

Sorry but aside from an above-average white chili the pastrami sandwich was limp and unimpressive. Low-grade, store-bought bread is a deal breaker.They are only a few minutes drive from Wayne's Deli but literally a hundred miles separate them.
