Tried to call and order a pizza using our "free medium pizza" which we had through the online account. We tried ordering the pizza and using the option of buffalo sauce instead of marinara, but it did not give us that choice. We called the restaurant and the man who answered sounded kind at first, but after trying to let him know the situation, my wife and I were cut off by him as he stated loudly "NOPE! NOPE!".. We were obviously thrown off by this response so I tried to understand further by asking "I'm sorry?" to which the man responded "Screw off!!"Needless to say my wife and I will never be going to the Henry Street Domino's again.
Shawn was extremely polite and helpful... The whole crew was quick, and they create amazing food...
The third shift supervisor messed with my food on purpose and got in my face and tried to tell me I can't order at the store and I need to call my order in. I don't have to call in my order that's why there's a drive thru. You don't like it you can take it up with the company you work for.
I have a really big family we all work like crazy we still have the time to talk and play games on family night but we forget about being around each other really means. Family is everything in my book and my family
ORDER #764, followed online and also via text, got the 8-10 min. text i left house and i live 5 min. away. Got my pizza order and it was the WORST order i've received from you. It was cold, very dry and as it had been sitting around for a while or brought back from a failed delivery. Maybe it's time to go back to Jets, or Little Ceasers
My family really enjoyed the pizzas we ordered from Domino’s. They must have changed some things because it was a lot better than they used to be years ago. I will go there again.

Kyle the manager has no customer service. Ive odered multiple times from this location yet tonight according to Kyle my order is against company policy. My order? Pizza with no sauce but sauce on side....again ive ordered this multiple times. Rather than making a sale he told me no.
