Loved it! Best restaurant on Henry st!Very fresh & hot food! Gotta love the Yellow cup! Highly recommended!
10/10 would return 100%.Go in, order at the counter then take a seat and wait for heaven to arrive.We got the Pit Boss#1 1lb of brisket that was AMAZING ? They left the fatty/crunchy deliciously smoked layer for ALL of the flavor. It was a "Close your eyes and savor the moment" experience. The beans, slaw. baked potato casserole AND fried pickles and rolls were ALL outstanding. We really enjoyed the sweet BBQ sauce, but they have a whole variety from original to various degrees of spicy.While we were there they accidentally made an extra serving of fried pickles and after questioning everyone in the restaurant, they chose to give them to another group having their dinner.
We were going to the ballgame last night and my wife wanted a sandwich. We went to the Dickey's drive thru in Muskegon. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a frie. Told them i had a coupon for a free sandwich. Got to the window and she said $7 ish and I handed her the coupon. Some guy came to the window I assume the Manager and asked where we got the coupon. My wife said from a lady behind the counter the last time that her and my son were there. He says what did she look like was she pregnant? My wife was like I don't remember then he says we had some coupons stolen. That's when i was like seriously. My wife said just give me my coupon back and I was going to just pay for it and he said no to the coupon coming back to my wife and said BYE BYEI was so mad that this man basically called me a thief I am 53 years old and I work locally in Muskegon. We have had this place cater our company parties twice I guarantee you that will never happen again and I will let everyone know about this as well
Absolutely LOVED our experience at Dickey’s BBQ! The kids had chicken nuggets and the best Mac n cheese (according to my 7 year old). He asked for seconds. My pulled pork sandwich was juicy and the bun was perfectly toasted. My husband had chicken wings and he was quite impressed with the seasoning. The manager and employees were accommodating and quick to get our order out. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Oh and I forgot, free ice cream with all meals!
I spent almost $16.00 on this food that was missing an entire side item. I could have gone to a restaurant for this price. Very disappointed.
Missing items from order. Burnt ends were inedible. Just subpar barbecue for the price.
I enjoy Dickey's daily special and when I went April 2nd every thing was super great! 5 stars all the way the manager took our order had great recommendations for what was good on the menu. I had never had their ribs and they had a special on them so I got some to share with the family. Everything was hot and good tasting usually the sauce is really where the seasonings is, but this time my meat was actually well season and tender. The sides was hot and fresh. They just did an excellent job all the way around. Ryan the manager came by our table and I had to give him his props and said I would leave a review because they did an outstanding job. Thank you to the crew yall made me feel like I was the most important customer and took pride in your food.
Super disappointed ☹️ I'm a BBQ fanatic and know good BBQ so I was really excited to try them..i ordered the Pit boss special... never again..they were smaller then my thumb then charged 10$? then they forgot our side roll and both sauces the original and sweet we're not good. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Super overpriced and underserved.
Food was good except for brisket it was really dry ,like it was cooked the day before and reheated .was not good. So I emailed this social media back and they completely blew me off.so the manager of the muskegon mi dickies contacted me and made everything right . We went back and the food was awesome. They made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The manager really focused on us to make sure we was happy. Thanks Ryan and I will be back .
I ordered ribs, and coleslaw. The ribs were burnt and dried out, very disappointed no wonder they served me more than 3 ribs so I wouldn’t complain. I should have taken it back but I would of been late for work. Very very disappointed. The lady had a big smile on her face when she served me.
