The Chicken Coop, a Muskegon staple, will never disappoint. All the fish and chicken is fried fresh and is among the best tasting fried food in Muskegon! Prices are great and the Lady cooking was very friendly and also was running the whole show by herself. Hats off to you Ma'am and hats off to the Chicken Coop. I highly recommend!!

I’m pretty sure this is the best fried chicken, anywhere, ever, in the history of ever! I’ve been enjoying The Chicken Coop since the early 90’s and it has always been so amazing! Fresh, clean, tender and flaky! KFC has nothing on the Chicken Coop’s spices!I’m telling ya, I still travel 3 1/2 hours one way just to get chicken from here! Love it!!!
THE BEST!! I absolutely love Miss Ann! She is always so sweet and makes the best food, I drive from Zeeland just to get the amazing catfish dinner! Although all of the food there is damn good. I'm so glad there is still a Coop in west Michigan
