We went inside to eat and found the people really rude. When part of the order was incorrect, both the server and the assistant manager became extremely irated with us. The food was good but because of the poor service we will not returning.
If you can go to any other location, I would strongly recommend it. They consistently mess up my order. ...impossible whopper NO ONION and NO MAYO! I would hazard to guess that at least a third of the time my order is wrong and that's after making a point to have them verbally verify what I ordered back to me. Further more, the service is so slow. It took me more than a half hr to receive my food from the time I initially placed it. Go to taco bell instead, the service is prompt and they've never messed up my order once!!
Not only the absolute slowest drive thru I've ever been to (15+ minutes from speaker to window), but they now randomly close whenever the like, even though the marquee out front clearly says the drive thru is open 24 hours. An absolute waste of time. Management should really get their act together with this place, or at least advertise accurately.
They were really slow for not being that busy. Than I ordered a whopper Jr, without onions & pickle so what did I get on my sandwich. yep onion & pickle, no satisfied at all
Even short staffed and one of two places open late, they had the moving as quick as they could and the food was good.
Not open 24 hours like the webpage says they are. I go there sometimes at 4am there's people there other days no one waste my time
Got off work at 10:30 got in line at10:50. There was 3 cars in front of me,two cars got served. That left one car in front. 11:25 , I pulled around the car and got home at 12:46 with out any food. Poor service!!!
Purchased 2 whopper jars. I live about a mile away the whoppers were ICE cold. Very disappointed

it's the only place open 24/7 anymore soooo what other choice u got?
