What a disgusting place with disgusting employees. I was called a white mother [email protected] when I asked for my money back. They took 45 minutes to get my food. asked for refund then they called me a white mother [email protected]! Keep it classy Muskegon.
If I could give zero I would. Took a few minutes to order because no one came on the intercom right away but that's no big deal, but then we sat at the window for 9 minutes with no one coming to take our money hand us our drinks nothing and the employee was standing at the counter talking to and messing around with her friend she could see us plain as day but gave no acknowledgement.... mind you there was absolutely zero other cars in the drive through and no one inside but the friend... after sitting there for nearly 10 minutes we just drove away. It's not a surprise why there were no other customers.
I can’t tell you how many times my food is cold. Stop at 8:30 pm tonite. Ordered 2 cheeseburger, ff, root beer. Root beer out and at 8pm they shut down milk shake machine. I ordered coke, when I got home 3 blocks away, burgers, ff were all cold. This happens a lot. When I get out of work and I’m hungry , this things that aggravate me is cold food?Service is fine but the food is not acceptable.
Unbelievably terrible service. We waited over 20 mins for 2 cars to get their food in the drive thru. It was between 5:30- 6 pm & not many people there. Finally we got up to the window & the girl (Carrie) didn't say "sorry for our wait" or anything. She just said our food will be right up. So we waited another 18 mins then we finally just decided to get a refund & go somewhere else. Carrie gave us a hard time. She wouldn't do it until we demanded it (after 3 mins). When she closed the window she called my husband & myself "motherfuckers". We finally got our refund and when she handed us the receipt she didn't apologize or anything. She was deplorable. She should not be working where there are people. To call people "motherfuckers" should be grounds for firing. I used to be a Customer Service manager for 25 years & I can't imagine one of my employees acting like this. We will never be back or go to any other Burger King. My husband & I will both be letting corporate know of this situation as well. Thank you for your time.
Very Unprofessional food was not fresh and cold service was pour all the burger kings seem to be going down hill won't go there again
I like Burger King but the food could of been hot and the fries could of been softer.
Pork sandwich was a good change. - just wished they could have added pickles.
Ordered my first big fish today, if I wanted a pickle sandwich I would have ordered one. Who puts pickle slices on a sandwich that already has tarter sauce on it. All I tasted was pickle, fire your chef and use some common sense.
Used to work here personally couple years back. Staff and managers even are constantly high at work, smoking on breaks, even drinking before heading back. Lack of quality service has gotten so bad it's funny
Very unprofessional staff. Ive read the same thing from nearly half of their customers. And fast food workers wonder why they make minimum wage and are considered entry level. Conduct yourself accordingly and you would have a standard that warrants more pay. These people act so depressed and unhappy...then go get another job. No one is forcing you to stay there. Go to a factory and then you dont have to deal with customers in the same way. And its horrible that the pandemic made these types of workers normal and then companys keep the bad employees because the alternative is not having enough staff to stay open.
