Exceptionally poor service, Sam just wonders around the back n front not actually doing anything leaving most of the work to the younger new hires. 4 people in line inside and two us waited 10mins before leaving because no one was taking orders,greeting customers or even acknowledging them. Sam walked through and around the pine,when asked if anyone was working the counter she ignored the man ahead of me. At this point he, another and myself all left without any service. Just go literally anywhere else.
I would give this place a 3.5 stars if I could but I can't. So I chose the lower option. These establishments in my area are airways clean; that's good. It's a hit or miss on the quality of food you get. I have had awesome food there but equally as often I would get cold and soggy food. The customer service is pretty much the same. I have had equal good and bad experiences here with staff. The only real constant is that the wait is ridiculously long. Most the time I end up waiting 20+ minutes for JUST a toasted bagel. I mainly only come here because it's convenient and open in my morning schedule and the food is okay. They definitely have the potential for a 4 to 5 star rating but they aren't there right now.
Wonderful staff!Bagels were good. I thought the veggie cream cheese a little salty...but might just be me. The cinnamon apple cream cheese was great!!!
I would love to recommend this place. In the past I have had nothing but awesome customer service and the most amazing bagels. Until a couple of days ago. I ordered bagels from the apple store. No problems. Picked them up. Got them home. Then I took a close look at what I had received. I ordered 6 Asiago,2 blueberry, 2 strawberry, and 2 French toast. Here is where my complaints come to play. The Asiago bagels which I have raved about in the past looked like a plain bagel with a few pieces of cheese on top. They were very flat. The French toast ones looked as though they were the runts of the batch. I am so disappointed in what I have received. I ordered what I thought were gourmet bagels and what I have are something that I could have gotten cheaper at Walmart.

Every time I visit Muskegon I have to stop for coffee and a sandwich ? Definitely need one of these down in the Lansing area! Staff is always kind, friendly and fast!
This is my go to place when I take the kid to school. Menu is nice and doesn't seem too overwhelming. Their coffees and drinks are spot on.
Amazing sandwiches on even better bagels. The Caramel Macchiato was absolutely delicious.
Extremely slow. Plan on 10 minutes per vehicle. If there’s 2 cars in front of you, it takes a half hour to get through the drive through. This is based off of multiple experiences, not just a few. But, the food is great.
The sign showing there drinks perked my interest. I have tried both a smoothie and a coffee drink, as well as bagels. The food is good and the beverages are amazing! only complaint is the drive through is super slow but i am sure it is because of short staffing
