Always friendly great portion sizes it's always our go to place. We love Bob Evans!!!!
We were craving fried chicken and ordered the family chicken dinner to go. Was disappointed that they only had chicken breasts, but we wanted fried chicken. I can honestly say it was the worst we’ve ever had. The chicken was way over done, extremely dry and tough. My husband and I both threw out our piece and the other pieces were thrown away. Throwing away $47.64 sure does not feel good at all! Definitely will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Waited nearly an hour for an Omelet and the Double Cheese Pot Roast Dip. When we finally got our food, it felt like it had been sitting for 20 minutes or longer. All of our food was barely warm. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I'll likely never go back. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would because it was that bad.
They are short staff, but seat you as fast as possible, and our food was to us in matter of minutes, and good as always. The staff that we encountered was knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed our visit ☺️
Great service and wonderful food!
Came in for breakfast on Saturday 9:30 am. Dining room was 1/4 full of guests. We were seated by hostess and trainee. Waited 10 minutes and never even took our drink order. Very poor service and they were not busy and not understaffed. From what I could tell it was just lack of care from the employees.
I tried the honey chicken breast today. Very nice flavor. Two thumbs up.
Everytime I come here I ask for BURNT hash browns. Now I'm not sure what else I have to say to get them to make them burnt but they have NEVER come out burnt. They come out soggy and undercooked. Only once have they taken them back to make them burnt. Nothing ever turns out when I go here and I will no longer be returning. Staff is always friendly but my food always sucks. I've included photos of my uncooked sausage and my "burnt" hash browns.*update* four years later, giving this place a chance again because it was the only place not busy on a Friday night. And it's still absolutely horrid! Got the smoke brownsugar bacon, completely burnt, order a rise and shine burnt even worse. The fries were so burnt you couldn't even bite into them with about chipping a tooth. The inconsistencies at this place are probably why there are never customers here.
