Frequent customer and typically good drinks and service but today was disappointing in that the person at the window asked if they could add a tip to my card. I felt uncomfortable and reluctantly said yes but was extremely put off by it. Tip jar -great! Sign saying tips appreciated- ok. But directly asking for a tip at the drive thru window is inappropriate in my opinion and I will likely skip this location for awhile to avoid that awkwardness.

Always love Biggby Coffee, but today was extra special. The car in front of us actually paid for our order and the orders of several other people in line! What a blessing!! Thank you to this person for your generosity, I have had a terrible week and this meant more than you could ever know. Kindness is such a beautiful expression of love and we need reminders that it still exists in these difficult times. ❤
Very disappointed with this location lately. My coffee is ALWAYS watered down. I got the honey cinnamon vanilla frozen and there’s was chunks of cinnamon. Can’t believe they are okay with products like this going out. This used to be my favorite location but will not be going here anymore…

Only been to the Apple Ave location twice and it is the slowest service ever. Today I was there 25 mins and had to leave before I could even order. If you go to this location allow for a lot of extra time.

Great coffee but I waited over a half hour in line for my coffee. The inside was closed. You need to figure out a way to serve your customers more efficiently.
