Polite, pulled ahead for my order and gal brought it out to me and was cheerful about it even in the freezing windy conditions.
This is the worst fast food restaurant in Muskegon for Uber Eats drivers. They won't bring the food out to you you have to go through drive and the workers are all lazy. I've been in drive through line for 27 minutes now and only have 4 cars in front of me. They are very rude on phone. I called told them I have a uber eats order I accepted 5 minutes before I got here and politely asked if I could come up to the door and get the order or have someone bring it out to me. The response was "umm no you can wait like everyone else, there's only a couple people ahead of you". Right so why am I still here after 40 minutes? There's 5 cars, 40 minutes and no one has gotten any food? "Umm sir you don't need to have an attitude to me" no you don't need to have an attitude towards me, I'm the customer, I'm right, ask your manager. Have a great day. I finally got out of there at 47 minutes. 5 cars 45 minutes and they are rude as can be to customer's.
Love their Reubens and great chicken nuggets. Shorter line too

I go to this Arby's so much that they know my voice (drive thru) and my order ? it's a specialty order always
They told us they were closed at 7:56 pm on Wednesday the 27 loved eating here will never go again because of terrible staff and management
