The food is always good, but the real stars were the employees! The young man who took our order in the lobby had so much personality. He made our visit fun.

Told me they were out of curly fries, then also told me no shakes because they were cleaning. Then when I get to the window no one was in the same uniform and people were running around behind them not in any uniform

Appearejtly they don’t make you sandwich to order any more. I got a roast beef and cheese today and it was loaded with nacho cheese and the bun was all flattened out and soggy. It obviously done ahead and held in a warmer. Same with the last Rueben I got. The bread was soggy and chewy like it had been microwaved.
Orders tonight argued with employee taking my order knowing the price should have been more than my order she assured me my order was correct. Got home missing 2 sandwiches omg really asked twice to assure order not returning any time soon

I seldomly eat at fast food restaurants but Arby's is one of the few that I I do, if it's a late dinner oe whatever it hits the spot
