I must say today Customer Service was on point! When I saw the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger I thought no way I was so wrong It was fresh not frozen n loaded with flaver Definitely well worth the money n u can also get a single or double patty I hope they keep this on the menu I would go here for this burger over any other fast food joints hands down!

Very delicious! And always FRESH AND HOT WHEN YOU ORDER OR UPON REQUEST! I LIVE THERE MOZZARELLA STICKS NICE AND HOTT Right OUT IF THE FRYER... THERE'S been a few times that they where not fully cooked so I had to toss them very disappointing and waste of my money! So please please make sure everything is fully cooked and looks good before you serve it.... If you wouldn't eat it then know that the customer wouldn't either!
Cold food / wrong order an lazy workers ( smh ) when Ppl spend their money and as much money spent you would think they would at least try to do better ...you don't have to love your job but are you able to do it rite ( or just really don't care ) ????????????
Good food. The line was a bit slow but not because of the employees.
Everytime I go to the apple ave arbys at night they tell me they are out of whatever I order. It just seems odd that it’s almost everytime. Today they were out of Diablo sauce. They wouldn’t give me the option to order it without the sauce.

Arby's has this cinnamon Carmel shake thing that is just a cup of wonderful!!!! Perfectly balance, not to sweet. It was new so I got a small...after 1 sip I regretted not getting a large. I don't usually finish any shake or smoothe type things but this one I did! I would have liked the cup clean if I could have!!
