Our anniversary was held here. It was a disaster. Our server had no idea how to talk to people or it must have been his first day. He messed up our order multiple times or served us cold fried food. My fiancés order was also over done. The plates were cold to the touch just like the food. Everything had to be sent back and reordered. Adding to a already over hour waiting period. Our server Charles didn't seem to concerned when we mentioned how dirty the booth was. And requested to be reseated as the window had dirty snot lines from the previous parties child.?The shrimp was over done and dry. Just as my breaded fried chicken. How a kitchen could mess up such simple orders I don't know. Inexperience I guess?? Lack of care? Lack of consideration. There was clearly no hospitality from the other servers as they only checked by the table to be nosy and not offer any help, drink refills, or napkins. Never returning to this rat trap of a excuse of a restaurant that employed this cockroach. At the end of it the order was comped, we were about to leave and all Charles cared about was how much $ he was getting from us for our time with him. Hurtful. Not hospitable.
We called in March 22nd to inform and request about our group coming in and spoke with a manager named Kathy. We arrived at the time discussed and a different manager Linda turned us away. This was a huge deal for us, as we were planning a celebration with multiple families/friends and called ahead of time and planned around this. The restaurant appeared to be fairly open and available when we arrived, yet we were refused to be seated or be put on a wait list. This was unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend planning anything at this location, they will just find an excuse to not sit large groups.
What a joke. I shouldn’t trash the establishment for a worker’s lack of passion but keeping a server who doesn’t recognize and appreciate a guest is a management decision. What I thought was going to be a spontaneous fun night with a bestie turned into short cut dinner. I had a better customer service from the lady who handed my food at McDonald’s where I stopped right after I left. At least five servers, maybe six tables but I am left there, trying to enjoy the appetizers some other server served with no napkins. By the time my server ended up showing, I had already lost my appetite. I know what kind of service I deserve at what place and I won’t settle for anything less. This was such a disappointment. I still left a tip over 50% ( $50 on a $30. That bill could had been $200. Not recognizing your clientele is the worst thing you can do to your business ). I have been a server all my life; I wasn’t this bad on my first day. Never again. There are enough places who can give me a service I deserve.Onion rings were burnt. Cheese sticks were amazing. I didn’t try the spinach dip nor the pretzels but they did look good.
The staff were very friendly. The food was grand. It was a birthday celebration and it was great fun. Our server Charlie said he was training but handled our boisterous group like a pro! Thanks all.
Food fine. Service was awful. Tuesday early evening. Busy but plenty of staff on the floor. Our waiter didn't stop at our table until almost ten minutes of us being seated. And only after he worked a table nearby that was seated after us. I could go on describing the many other missteps he took with our table of four. Meh...
We sat down right away which was great but after ordering we waited 2 hours for our food. My food didnt come when my families did. He forgot to put my order in. So i had to wait another 30 minutes. Ridiculous. We will never go back. McDonald's has better service.
The pickup service seems to always be confusing. It is hard to find anyone to help you check out with your order. When I went to pick up food this time, it was cold. Last time, they didn't include any silverware and I didn't realize it until after I left. This location is great for dining in but I wouldn't do pick up there again.
If I could give zero I totally would, because they earned it, that’s for sure! Thank you Applebee’s for the meals with no utensils. I would like to give a special shout if to Annie Y, you are exceptional girl. I appreciate you making sure A1 was sent with steak, since I took the time out to call and double check to make sure you would send. Your customers service is below and lacking… from the way you didn’t send sauce or silverware, to the way you put me on hold and then repeatedly hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. If only there were more employees like you ????♀️? never again.
When we entered their establishment we were greeted by very friendly staff. No waiting. We went right to the bar. The bartender prepared our drinks quickly and gave us menu's to order our food. Drinks came quickly. He took our order immediately and our appetizers kept us fed while we waited for our meal. My drink was great. The food was delicious and quick and we were able to sit where we wanted to. Staff was very friendly even though he was very busy. No waiting. Just very nice staff who cares about their customers.
