Chili was great. Drive thru was fast and cashier was great
Couldn't get help at drive thru speaker drove to window and were rude and still food wasn't ready for door dash pick up
Wendy's is probably my favorite but I like the chili. The dining room wasn't open and I don't want to try to eat chili in the car. I don't stay for that reason.
Highly recommend going here, fresh food, great work staff, there meat is never raw like the other Wendy’s on pickard.
Three strikes and you are out... Ordering from the app is always a disappointment. If they don't have an item, there is apparently no way for the restaurant to let the app know. And the restaurant can't refund you through the app and they claim they aren't supposed to give cash back. The "guaranteed" fresh fries were cold and soggy. Finally, if this all happened once it would be bad. Unfortunately, this story repeats itself - no longer for me though!
Great food, not a mess like other Wendy's.Only reason it wasn't 5 was because the service thru the drive thru could've been a little faster but ill give them the benefit of the doubt because it's holiday shopping season and it was dinner time. Otherwise it would be a 3 star review. Nice customer service as well. Very nice with all the rude customers in the drive thru and how hectic it was, I appreciate them keeping their composure through all of that unlike the burger King in midland I used to work for, they couldn't handle a busy rush hour ever. People walking out and arguing with customers left and right. So I wholeheartedly commend them for that.
Slowest Drive Thru ever I have sat at the menu for 20 minutes multiple times. You can kill the cow and make the burger yourself by the time they’ll help you.
Only ok. Burger only warm. No fry was more than an inch long and cool. My first and last visit to this location. McDonald's fries are 5 times better.
Best breakfast fast food around.
Ordered a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe. Ended up with a very sad looking plain Cheeseburger and somebody else's receipt.
