The customer service at this and all locations local is severely lacking. I had ordered two coffees and Tim bits, trying to surprise my husband. What I thought would be a ten minute trip turned into an hour trip. I was handed two different sized coffee my first go round despite my order, and my coffee was incorrect. I waited in line again and told the girl my coffee was wrong, she closed the doors and came back with a Luke warm coffee, no apology nothing. I went through again because not only was the coffee like warm but I asked for Splenda TWICE and she gave me sugar. When I went through that third time I handed them back my order and said I would like a refund. They closed the window and all turned their backs to me, no apology… I get asked if it was cash or debit by the girl who took and made my order and assured her it was debit. 5 minutes later I get handed my card back with a receipt and that’s it. I should have known better not to come here as I’ve been boycotting it for years because no one seems to care about their job. If you are unhappy, find something else - but you are in the wrong industry dealing with humans first thing in the morning who are patiently waiting for coffee, and you can’t even apologize for messing up their order three times or act like you have any compassion. This place is a joke and needs to be closed down. The funny part was, I wasn’t the only order they had messed up during that hour fiasco, I literally watched it happen to many others right in front of me! Highly disappointed ?
For 2 days no food just drinks. They don’t have a sign to let you know in advance, and your stuck because the drive is only big enough for 1 car.
The Tim Bits are always on point! These refresher drinks tho ? They looked so unappealing.. like how about you take 30 extra seconds to attempt to make it look like the pictures do. I thought mine was bad til tried my husbands.. yuck!! What a waste.
They have good coffee and donuts. They don't have much more than that. They never have breakfast sandwiches even though they advertise for them
Pretty confusing. Signage stated their lobby is closed but drive through is open, but they have a chain across the entrance to the drive through. No oreo cookie iced cap for me! :(
Stayed at Soaring Eagle Resort all weekend and everyday came to Tims hoping for breakfast and yet failed everyday, NOT SERVING HOT FOODS.So I got a bagel with so I thought cream cheese???
They have the best coffee in town at a reasonable price. The drive through line was long but went very quickly. Friendly cashier at the window.
Nice place but they got rid of all the food I liked and went with the cheaper stuff
