Not very impressed with my first visit to this taco bell. I usually go to the one on mission.When I walked in there were 2 ladies ordering from the kiosk, I waited for a couple minutes but no one came to the counter and I decided to use the kiosk.Wrong choice.Much to confusing and instead of just adding each item to my cart it took me to another screen to add extra sauce or meat, swap sauces(of which there are too many?) and so on and so forth. It took me 3x as long to order on that because of all the options that I didn't care about. Like I said though no one greeted me upon arrival so I thought they preferred I use the kiosk. Finally, AFTER I ordered and was standing waiting for my food, a lady asked if I had been helped. ?‍♀️ She then proceeded to take the next 3 orders that walked in. Must have been on break.Then the food: the fries were soggy and lukewarm and the cups didn't look full. The chip bags were mostly full but lots of broken, small pieces like it was the bottom of the bag. The new recycleable sauce cups are great but made the sauce taste funny. Not sure if they leave it in there all day? and one of them was mostly empty.Will not be frequenting this particular location.Staff is ok, didn't interact much, but they did get the ladies order before me wrong. Can tell it's not managed very well.

Waited behind 1 customer for 30 MINUTES! Was told by an employee that I was the one holding up HER wait times, for 2 cinna-bons served cold, an employee named barb or Barbara, THREW food at me and cursed at me and as I went to complain she slammed a window in my face! Fortunately for her I hd my baby in the backseat and was late to a doctors appointment or I wouldve gotten out and went inside. WORST experience at a fast food restaurant EVER!

What a joke. I will never go to this taco bell again. A worker messed up on an order. Asked them if they mark down the taco without lettuce. The guy said yes. Checked our food. One of the items had lettuce. Called and called. No answer. Then called again, got put on hold and hang up on us. Then I called again, guy was making fun of my speech and heard him in the background saying he is fed up with people calling this place. So I got mad and called him a name...My husband called them back and they made us go though a long drive thru line to get it fix..I will never go to this taco bell again. They lost my business.We went through drive thru again and it was a long freaking line. We told the drive thru that we was getting our order fix. Waited for like 20 minutes and the lady told us we have to go back to drive thru because we didn't tell them yet we freaking did. I will be calling corporate and I hope this place closes down.

Our order was $32.27 and I only had $30 in cash. I paid the 30 in cash and had the 2.27 taken from my bank card. A few hours later I received a notice from the bank saying they took $30 from my card. When I called the store manager I was told to call my bank and dispute the charge, that there was nothing he could do about it. Instead of refunding my money he said I should commit fraud and let the bank reimburse the money instead!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!When I asked to talk to someone higher in management I was told I couldn't have her name incase she chose not to contact me.SO FURIOUS right now I can not believe it. Plus it is a holiday so I can not contact the complaint line until Monday.I wonder if the owner of this franchise knows the staff are going to run him out of business.Not the first problem with this location but it will be the last!! I will never stop there again.

I love paying $20+ for a few tacos, they're tiny with barely anything in them and are cold too, Awesome job taco bell

Workers are very nice and easy going and load up the tacos how they are supposed to be every other taco bell i been to give me hardly any meat or cheese and this one is great!! Forever my taco bell

Hello,I just left the Taco Bell Mt Pleasant location (5760 E Pickard Rd, Mount Pleasant, MI 48858) and a Gnat flew out of one of the tacos upon unwrapping. I called the location to make them aware of this issue however, the employee gave me an EXTREMELY hard time and told me that there was nothing he could do until he seen the actual gnat... I asked him, how did he expect me to show him a Gnat that flew out? He told me to have a good day! When I called back to get his name, he told me "Taco Bell" then gave me a so called Employee Number (#5166) and told me his name was "Austin Oustrander"He also stated that "I've been working at Taco Bell for years... I'm not crazy" ... I told him, that has NOTHING to do with the matter. My Auntie has worked at Taco Bell for over 20 years, that does not resolve or help this matter!!! I did not ask for a refund and made him well aware that this is my 3rd time coming to this Taco Bell all within this week and the one time I have a problem, he couldn't even be professional and offer any type of resolution!I need someone to contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter!Contacting Corporate again during business hours! This is beyond ridiculous

Ever since this Taco Bell opened, it has been my go to Taco Bell in Mt. Pleasant. The team is usually extremely quick, friendly, and accurate when receiving and preparing our order. After my past few visits, I have noticed some inconsistency when ordering items. Sometimes you'll order a burrito that is bursting from the tortilla because it's stuffed so full, other times you'll order the same burrito that's 95% tortilla, wondering where the rest of the filling is. It's hard to complain though, as this seems to be an issue at most Taco Bell locations.

Food was fast and hot. Good job staff.My 2 yr old grandson loved your soft tacos.

It took 37 minutes in line to get my order!! I watched 3 customers leave after placing their orders!! It's a shame that so many businesses are short staffed, my heart goes out to the employees who were doing their best to keep up with the surge in customers.
