Love my local Starbucks, just not a fan of all the new employees and some not understanding the drinks. At 7$ a drink ? I want it on point. Not trying to be rude as they are always on point and I’m always there. But last week I got 2 cookie crumble fraps that were not made right. And boy were they super duper bland
I was having a very bad day today and I decided to get a little pick me up at Starbucks. I was there today around 12:10 PM and the lady there was so nice, she really made my day. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch your name, but if you’re seeing this, keep up the great attitude and you’re the sweetest. ❤️
The hours of this Starbuck store is so unpredictable and unreliable. I understood the issue during COVID shut down but that’s over now and the hours have not improved. This is a college town, one would think you could get employees and provide the same hours as other Starbucks locations.
I’ve been to Starbucks stores all over the nation, and of course I live closest to the worst one. Their hours are ridiculous. NEVER consistent. If I want to order after noon, I have to call ahead of time just to make sure they’re open and 70% of the time they are not. On top of it, some of the staff are sweet, but most seem inconvenienced at best. 10/10 times I rather go out of my way to the Target store.
Not one person said “Hi “or “welcome in “ ! 7 employees let me stand at the register without acknowledging me , not even to tell me it would be a few minutes ! Waited about 5 minutes to be helped . The cashier was not friendly at all , did not thank me or say anything at all for that matter . No one said goodbye ,have a good day or thank you once . My venti mocha Frappuccino was not good at all and my grande caramel macchiato was just ok . This is the second bad experience at this Starbucks, and it will be my last time here . I’m from out of town and I’m very disappointed.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I am not a frequent flyer at Starbucks, and they were very kind and helpful!
Nice Starbucks. I travel for work and sometimes need a good place to get an hour or two of computer work done. I can always count on Starbucks.Staff was friendly and quick. Location was clean and well kept. I definitely will be going back in the future.
Love Starbucks coffee. My littles love getting the short white hot chocolates! If you let them know they're for kids, they'll make sure they're the perfect temp to not burn little mouths?

This location consistently messes up. I have been going to this location for three years and multiple times I’ve arrived and they’ve been closed, and the drinks are never consistent. Today I came in and they had a sign on the drive thru saying they were having computer issues, but we could call and order online. I have now called them 4 times and it appears that they have shut their phones off, and online ordering is not available at this location. Why bother putting your phone number up if you turn the phone off? There’s a parking lot full of people probably in the same boat that I’m in but no one can get through to the store.
