I go there occasionally. Maybe once or twice a week and I won't anymore. The cashier always grabs the cup by putting her fingers inside the rim of the lid to pass it off to the next person and so on. I've brought the problem up to one of the managers and it continues to happen. I'd rather not drink out of a cup where 4-5 people put their fingers in it after handling money and cards all day.

I'm usually not the one to take to the internet about my service but I had a less than pleasant experience today. Not only was my cup half foam, but it was prepared with coconut milk when I requested almond milk. I work as a barista currently so I understand the busy lifestyle but idk this is pretty unacceptable. The manager was rude and pushed past me without saying excuse me as well. Customer service needs to be held to a higher standard here. I did not pay 11 dollars to get half a cup of a latte, that was served incorrectly and a wrap that was served lewk warm. I've had many many maaany pleasant experiences in the past, but recently it's been pretty poor. Hopefully I can have those experiences once again.
I used to never have problems, but the somewhat new hires have selective reading. I always get Starbucks before class so I don't have time to wait for them to fix the drink. They have given me whipped cream when I asked for NO whipped cream SEVERAL times in a row. And they're supposed to be college students. Sometimes it's been the same person that messes it up and it's clearly marked on the cup. It wouldn't have been a problem if it didn't happen three times in a row this last week and a half.
