Unfortunately our lunch today was nothing to write home about!The waitress was fantastic and I know that’s hard to get good help now.Our food was undercooked and so I did only eat 1 shrimp. When asked if I wanted a take out box I declined! I didn’t want to complain in front of the other patrons in the restaurant. My husband has been sick since we arrived home.I normally love red lobster and it saddens us to leave this review!
Welcoming and professional staff. The staff provided efficient and friendly service in a clean environment with appropriate decor. Food was great!What really impressed me was the owner himself. I have a picky eater. She was disappointed that they didn’t have her go to that day, asparagus. He quickly recognized this, if I was to guess he may have had or has a finicky eater at home; or he was used to catering to little food critics in his restaurant. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had something to eat so we all could enjoy our meal, together. My mother and I could relax and eat our meal knowing that she had something to eat. Any owner willing to not only include a 9 year old, but personally make sure that she also has a great dining experience, has my utmost respect.
This is the first time I ate at Red lobster since 2004 and Northern Michigan our waitress was super friendly and very helpful. We ordered takeout to go during our meal and she accommodated us with that. Food came out quick. The muscle appetizer was out of this world. And of course the biscuits were hot, herb filled and cheesy.
Food was amazing as usual. Tried their new 3 from the sea for 15.99 and was not dissatisfied. My only problem was even the waitress was kind she kept neglecting my husband. If he needed water she would fill mine but not his. And she only brought one round of biscuits. And let's be honest if you go to Red lobster you usually want two or three rounds if not more. Other than those two things it was a great meal
Our server, Jess, was very attentive, with extra biscuits and some more sour cream when we asked. The food was fantastic, cooked just right. Scallops were not rubbery and the lobster tail, though small, was flavorful. Enjoy!
Overall, pretty good. The chicken tenders were surprisingly good. The service was very nice but had orders missed and the iced tea was questionable, but the biscuits were perfect and let's be honest, that's why we go to Red Lobster.
Red Lobster is amazing and delicious as always! Also, their customer service is excellent! It's obvious that their employees are held to a high standard and are expected to treat their customers superbly....they are always professional and willing to help; not to mention super friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I went here for Valentine’s Day because everyone was saying this place was so good. It was not. If you like bland, overpriced food this is your place. I got salmon, rice, and mashed potatoes, the salmon tasted like water the rice had absolutely no flavor at all the mashed potatoes were about the only decent thing I got. I had to drown everything in salt and pepper to make it edible. I was expecting a lot more from a place who’s prices are so high. Disappointed and will not be coming back.
Food was good! Had a 30+ minute wait! When we got seated all the tables around us were empty! Why the wait?
Great food and even better service. Very clean. Friendly staff.
