THREE TIMES! THREE! I order through their website and door dash delivers. I'm not mad at the dasher. It's not their fault the Panera can't pack the bags with your order. Order a bread bowl with the Thai soup. I get the bread bowl but no soup! The other day I got the soup but no bread bowl. And this has happened before too. I'm done. How hard is it to much sure all items make it into the bag?

I am a door dasher and every time I walk into Panera, the two mangers working in the back are the rudest people I have ever encountered. One is a girl and the other is an African American man. I don’t demand my order I’m picking up , I wait until they ask me who I’m picking up for. They are constantly rude every time I go in there. They seriously need to clean house in there and hire different management.

Damian was so nice and upbeat, hard to find people good at customer service. Good job bud, you were awesome! Also my coffee was good :)

My 9 month old daughter and I went to grab Panera for our dinner tonight and when we got home I started Opening the bag and found a note on top of a cookie saying you’re doing great! Must say that really made me feel good because I am a mother of two and I’m definitely stressed out and tired all the time and seeing somebody notice made me feel really good ? Thanks to Mackenzie for the nice gesture!

The staff was friendly, but the restaurant was filthy! The dust and dirt on all surfaces was appalling. The condiment bins hadn't been cleaned and were layered with stickiness.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes this morning and no one took my order. I was after 9am and the parking lot was full so they were definitely open. Consistently have issues with this location.

I dont know who works window but I asked for a salad and some remedially challenged employee named ( Julian), YELLED extremely loud before I could even finish saying what I wanted to order. He was extremely rude and felt as if he dictated what I ordered. This person should be kept as far from a customer service position as possible. I may never come to this place after this experience. Hes lucky ai was in a good mood or Id have been less nice in person and next time I wont be

Today I ordered in the drive thru. I was with my mom and my two little sisters. The girl placing our order was very rude, impatient, and continuously cut us off. Sure it took us a minute to figure it what we wanted and we changed our mind on an item but when you have kids that is bound to happen. I understand that it be annoying because I've worked in food service but regardless it wasn't good service. Afrer we pulled up to the window I looked in the bag and I didn't see my small soup. So we let the girl know and she shuts the window on us while we were talking to her. So rude!! Then I looked in the bag again and I didn't see the other soup or our receipt so we let her know when she came back. She shuts the window us AGAIN!! Then the manager comes back and ask us for our bag back to check it. So we gave the bag back. The manager open the window to let us know that the 2 small soups were at the very bottom. I didn't see them which was my bad. However the manager was extremely rude!! Her eyes were popping out of her head and her tone was agressive. When we confronted her about how rude she was being she tolled her eye at us and continues to speak to us disrespectful. She was treating us like we were intentional trying to steal when in reality it was honest mistake on my part. My family will never come back to our local panera bread here in mount pleasant again!! That manager should not be in a leadership roll. It's obvious a bad attitude and being rude to customers is the atmosphere that she is creating.

Took 20-30 min for my food and drink, but when it finally came it wasn’t even what I ordered my frozen cold brew was iced and terrible. My flatbread pizza had raw tomato on it even though the menu said it didn’t come with it at all and there was so much of it that’s all I tasted on the first slice, so I threw the rest in the trash where in my opinion this establishment should be. They get 1 star because it won’t let me give a zero for their incompetence and terrible service I swear whenever I go there their crew only has 4 brain cells combined.

I purchased an order for delivery and never received it. I called the location, spoke with the manager and they refused to give me a refund because I purchased it with one of their gift cards. They said they can't refund a gift card. So I'm out $25. Very shady!
