Went through the drive-through and ordered 2 bowls with krange chicken and a plate with kung pow chicken. Not our first choice but they siad other options would be a wait. We waited over 30 mins for our food while we watched employees go out to smoke. Then when we recieved our food the only thing we got was orange chicken. The kung pow had been replaced with orange. I understand having to wait for food especially at the end of the night, but when we adjust our order so there wont be a wait and then the food is wrong is just ridiculous.
The employees are always friendly, but the food isn't as fresh and hot as the food at other Panda Express locations. I eat here once every few weeks and the food is always lukewarm and the orange chicken is always dry- but the Panda Express in Okemos is always hot and fresh.
This plaid amazing and a young girl by the name of Heidi helped me out a lot I was so undecided on what to order iam picky she was wonderful and I even tipped her
This panda is so inconsistent I’ve tried to give them so many chances because I’ve always liked panda but I will not be giving this location our families business anymore. The rice is always a crapshoot it taste like a molding wet rag and the chicken is usually always undercooked and taste like rubber. Avoid this location
So very disappointed. Ordered 3 meals. 2 sesame and one orange chicken. They only have veggie rice. No chicken fried rice. The portions are so small compared to every other Chinese food restaurant I have been to. Not to mention it's all spicy,! Why is my orange chicken and sesame chicken spicy?? Rice was dry and very bland I will not be returning. Very very sad about this experience.
I love Panda! And this experience did not disappoint either. Food was hot and delicious. They did run out of forks, but I'm creative when it comes to eating Panda, so it was no problem at all!
Good food and friendly people. I don't think you can dine in yet. But it can get quite busy.so you may have to wait in line.
There were only 4 entree options available, and 1 side. The last 3 times we've been there in the oast few months they've gotten orders wrong, forgot items, and silverware. It's a shame because this place had never before messed up our orders. I'll wait to go back until their menu options are expanded (I realize it's likely due to pandemic shortages)
First time eating here. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. Both were very spicy. Seriously spicy? Since when are either of those even close to being spicy? They are both sweet dishes so I'm not sure what they are doing. Will definitely not return to a Panda Express again.
