Wouldn't know there head from a whole in the ground.. one employee is smart enough to do all there jobs combined and she will be going back to making tralors again most likely... I'll miss her. But the rest are hopeless.. they can't manage to make a plane cheeseburger without messing it up..How is that even posable??? 2.5 yrs almost every day 2 times a day and still mess it up..smh
I always have problems with my order at this location, i.e., order wrong, half filled drinks, and the latest a McFlurry that completely melted. This mess should have never even been passed thru the drive thru window. Manager is not thrilled about correcting errors either, has alot of attitude. I drive to other locations for better service (only stopped here because someone else was driving)
This location no longer has any salads or fruit and yogurt parfaits or basically any of the healthier options that I have seen at McDonald’s in the past. The good thing about this McDonald’s is the play place. They also got our food out really fast and everything seemed clean but I was really bummed that they got rid of all things on the menu that I would be willing to eat.
The kids was very happy to discover the play place was open again. Really miss the old set up this new setup is not the same. Really don't like it that there's only one way up in the same way down is the same way up.
This is by far the best McDonald's I have visited in a long time. I have not liked McDonald's food in a very long time til I ordered from here. They know how to cook the food here and the fries are always delicious!
Ordered two hamburgers and they FORGOT THE PATTY! Just got two bunds with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. What a joke. I can understand if maybe they where special orders but they where just regular hamburgers. And the messed up 2!
Went here yesterday for breakfast and got a egg sausage cheese McMuffin it had am eggshell on it. My husband called and they said we had to bring the food back but we were already on the road to work. Needless to say it went in the trash. So gross. Not happy at all
They forgot two items. When I tried to tell her she just closed the window on me. Then told me I was wrong. Once she realized she was right then she gave me my apple critter which was right there. But they still shorted me a hash brown. She argued that as well then realized she was wrong and gave me my hash brown. I asked them if they could put mayonnaise and mustard on my sandwiches they said no they don't do that. So I asked them for packets they said they don't have mayonnaise or mustard packets. I asked them why they don't when everyone else does so then they offered to sell me a side thing of mayonnaise but no mustard. This was worst McDonald's I ever been too. And how are you going to give me dry sandwiches and not offer me any type of dressing to put on it that's messed up.
Terrible customer service..very rude
Went there today and got my two kids happy meals. Got home opened them and the one only had fries and a toy in it. I called them and told them about there mistake and they told me I had to come back for a replacement and they couldn’t give me credit over the phone. I paid almost $11 for 1 cheeseburger two tiny fries and one pack of apple slices. I wasn’t going to load my kids back up and drive back to town
