I go to this place multiple times a week and at least once a week my food is substandard try you know call and try to get it replaced and they accuse you of lying to them the customers never right at this place you will not be treated fairly by the managers Liz is her name I think that's what her name is I had an attitude right from the get-go she doesn't like her job she should find a different one she shouldn't be working in public because she has an attitude I wouldn't eat there I found hair in my food before multiple times hair not a good place to eat very unclean the play center for the kids is very very filthy not a good place for your kid to play now the rest of the staff seem to be pretty friendly and fair this woman here now she accuses the customer of lying I make really good money I paid for something I wanted to be the way I wanted to be not substandard and that's what this place does substandard food
The staff is probably the friendliest of any McDonald's I've been to. Fast service, also!! Go team!
The service was quick and the people were super friendly. I gave a two-star review because when I got home my double quarter pounder was apparently undercooked. It was quite obvious there was pink in the meat. I mean don't get me wrong everything else tastes good even the hamburger with the pink meat. But it was completely undercooked.
It’s really bad when you have two breakfast sandwiches and nothing to wash it down with because your sweet tea is unsweet and you hate it just say it way to go young man but on another note called the store and Amy seem to calm me down and I have a sweet tea waiting for me next time I am in the area
Ordered a sausage mcmuffin without the muffin. It was served in a pancake container with the cheese 3/4 of the way off and melted to the plastic. Gross.
My favorite of the four McDonalds in Mt. Pleasant. The staff is extremely kind and professional, our orders are never messed up, and the inside of the restaurant is very clean and well maintained.

The food is good. It's always really busy. It's about a 10 to 15 min wait at the drive thru. The employees are nice and polite. There have been a couple times my order has been messed up which is understandable given how busy they are. but they correct the problem quickly and are nice about it.
Went here earlier this evening and ordered an apple pie..... they had no pies so instead I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and a small fry. The fries were luke warm at best and fried in old oil and the lid on the ice cream wasn't fastened securely.. I'm all for someone getting a decent wage but I feel they need to earn said wage . For me tonight the employees did not earn it.
