It’s a good thing I can back to work to eat, had I been on the go like a lot of people this would not cut it. Quite disappointed!
This is probably the worst McDonald’s in town. Tried buying a bag of ice moments ago and the employee told me they don’t sell bags of ice, I’ve been buying bags of ice on the go last minute from McDonald’s for years. Had to drive to the Home Depot McDonald’s to get a bag since according to the manager here, they don’t sell it and I was asked if I was stupid when I told them I’ve bought ice from here several times. But McDonald’s doesn’t sell ice, right?
Your lobby is a joke. I shouldn't need a manager to order food when I walk in but every time I ha e to make for Sally Joe bo. To come and unlock a register and do there bs. What happen to walk in and order and walk out. Now I need a reservation or wait for a pointless reason cause no register is read for a customer. Just disappointing. MAKE FAST FOOD FAST AGAIN!!!
Completely unorganized. Cant get food out the window have cars backed up for small orders. Cant get the orders to the right customers. Made me park in handicap and wait 20 minutes for food then didnt bring the right order then got the wrong order finally asked for a reciept. If your feeding a FAMILY its to much for them to process!!!!
The last two times I have ordered from this McDonald’s I have had to wait over 15 minutes to receive my food today when I came there were four cars waiting no cars behind me and they still insisted that I have to pull over to another spot and wait another 15 to 20 minutes for my food is unacceptable use the eight dollars I just gave you well because I did not get my food because I am not going to wait 20 minutes for fast food 20 minutes for fresh fries which will only be bad by the time we get to me because they have four other people ahead of me to make fries for thank you
Don't go inside!My wife wanted only a coffee so she ran inside. I watched 20 cars...so far...go through the drive through.Very poor customer service!
The only 5 stars they're getting is the manager doing everybody's job.The employees don't pay attention to awaiting customers by the register.There's a pair of shoes sitting in the middle of the restaurant. It belongs to one of the employees.The order said no pickles. The burger came with pickles. The fries were not warm enough
Food is consistent of the same quality. Line generally moves quickly. One of the better locations I go to.
Very rood service I had my money thrown to me pretty much and the lady that opened the window and threw my food to me and didn't say one word. I'm very dissapointed with this McDonald's and the service.
It's mcdonalds. Just your average fast food place. Staff is usually grumpy at this location.
