The chicken is hit or miss. About 1/4 of the time I dont get what I ordered and about 50% of the time I don't get the cookie with it. Which is whatever.However, I've always had a pleasant Interaction with employees! They're always so nice!.
Would give them a zero if I could. My daughter and I went for dinner. She ordered a 3 peice dark meat box. When she went to bit into the chicken it was bloody and still cold ?. I ordered the chicken strip they were cold and dry tasted like a cold cheese stick. No one would eat that. I was so mad we just tossed it and went to Popeyes. Thank God for them saving our dinner! Won't be going back to KFC.
it's bad enough a 12 piece meal is now 38 bucks but you get it home and it's burnt and dried out. I will never go here again.

I ordered from KFC today 1/24/22 they say door dash delivery is what they use they charged my card and guess what it's been an hour and no food I called the store no receipt for my name in their store she says did you go through a different store No I didn'tI'll go elsewhere for chicken
KFC is great we love the chicken you can't beat it

The biscuits were doughy and chicken was not fully cooked, must have new staff on duty.
3 times and forget straws first visit second visit skimp on sauce 3 visit same no butter honey or BBQ sauce like come on
