First time was awesome. Freaky fast freaky good. But this time I ordered 2 subs and had them remade twice and they were still wrong with my fiance's his sub was too hard it wasn't edible. I'm sorry but if you have a receipt in front of you, how can you screw up an order not just once but twice?
Nothing fast about this jimmy johns, took my whole lunch to deliever a sub.
Food was left OUTSIDE on the GROUND. I had a neighbor knock and ask if we ordered because she watched the delivery girl put it on the ground and drive away. I called to speak to a manager that was very unprofessional and rude. Super disappointed, won’t be ordering again.
Have forgotten my drink 3 consecutive times ive ordered. Garbage establishment
I understand understaffed but an hour and fifteen minutes for my food with no call back?! No communication at all! No thanks
I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's for almost a decade, and the food is always good, but delivery has been terrible for the last few months. It routinely takes over an hour to receive a delivery order, items are often forgotten, and today the driver delivered my order to the wrong apartment (I was able to get it from my neighbor).When I go into the store, it's common to see one person taking and making orders while 3 or 4 people just stand around.

While the food is usually consistently good, the service has been not so great recently. JJs is no longer freaky fast, delivery takes quite a while and side items have been forgotten on delivery. It's very disappointing because this is my go to work lunch. While I'm understanding of the current labor shortage, it would be nice to have a heads up if delivery is going to take a while. My last delivery took over an hour and I had to call 2 times.
Not a good day for this location today.... took 20+ min to get served 2 sandwiches... 3 people in the back and another sitting in the restaurant booth in the back... only 1 working and obviously didnt know how to make the sandwiches since it took him forever...then he didnt even wrap the subs up properly the end was hangin out and the stickers were usless.... none of the other 3 even looked to help out they just stood around drinking coke and chatting...... so much for freaky fast..... very disappointing to say the least....
Got my toppings wrong and sandwiches are ok but not worth the price.
