I have placed several orders with this jj and lately the lettuce has been nasty why would they send a sandwich out like this?
I went to eat here today at the Broadway location in Mt. Pleasant, MI. My 9 year old niece ordered a the new Bleu Cheese sandwich. She did not like the flavor. I asked to speak with a manager, one did not come over to speak with us. I told the cushier she did not like the sandwich. His reply was you ordered it. I even brought up that they could offer another sandwich for her. Nobody seemed to care. It was not a good experience.

I have JJ's delivered 2-3 times a week. I love it. Quick, good, not too expensive.
They were very courteous on the phone. The delivery was very prompt and the sandwiches were great.

I ordered online for delivery this afternoon. When the order came, the subs and pickles were in one bag, and the cookies and chips were in another. The delivery was super nice waited for me place the items as I was moving slow due to health issues.
