Drove from Ithaca to Mt. Pleasant just to get a half BLT X2 bacon, half bbq pizza. Got all the way home only To see the BLT half only had x2 Bacon and cheese. NO BLT. Called the store. Lady says you can drive back and bring the whole pizza with you and we'll give you a cookie. I explained I live in Ithaca and would prefer not to drive a 40 minutes round trip a second time to get the pizza I ordered the first time around. I already have a cookie that I paid for. I told her I'd rather have half the my money back for the pizza and next time I'd check my pizza before I leave as I understand we make mistakes. Her response was the only option is a cookie and remake. Nice!!Because of the customer service I recieved. I'll order from Domino's going forward. At least if they mess up they take care of the customers. Truly disappointed. Truly a waste of 51$!!
Terrible Service, I ordered a Pizza and waited hour and a half(90 Minutes) and then I called them and they said Pizza is still there. So I wanted a Refund and Robert said I cant do that . I will never will order a Pizza from them Ever. Robert was very Rude! Beware of this place, I should of ordered from Cottage Inn Pizza. :(
I called at about 10:30 and put an order in for a pizza. He said 50 minutes from the time they opened at 11. Ok, I’ll wait. They have good pizza! So when I call to find out where the pizza is at noon, they tell me that he is on his way and that they don’t open until 11 anyway! Ok, so if ya open at 11…..why are you answering the phones at 10:30? 12:15 is when I got it and it was cold and over baked. The ham was charred. Never again will I order from Jets!

I’m not usually a Jet’s Pizza person but decided to give it a go! I ordered two pizzas and a sandwich. Delivery was over an hour which I was ok with. The pizza’s were great, no issues but the sandwich was a complete joke.
Pizzas decent.my only problem is there's always an hour wait time. no matter what day it is no matter the time going to be an hour away to get some food I'm better off making that home from scrap for less time
First off - YUM!Unfortunately, the wait times do seem little longer than i’m used to because they don’t look like they have many people working. The food always tastes good and I love the wings! I did have an issue and spoke with the store manager and he was nice, accommodating and professional. Everything was resolved quickly.
Great pizza but to much crust. It was almost a third of the pie
Don’t expect delivery within an hour and a half in Mt Pleasant, MI! Won’t happen and no discount offered.
