I didn't catch a name, but the night manager is amazing. After a mess up with a substitute Uber eats driver that said they dropped it off at my house, they were really helpful and replaced it without an issue. Top notch and highly recommend. Cookies rock, ice cream rocks, and the people who help you also rock.
If you wanna wait 2 hours for cookies, this is the place to order, supposedly tried delivering it but didn’t have a LOT number, but had a phone number to call and ask me for a LOT#. More like they didn’t even do my order or attempt to!! Ignite doughnuts is AMAZING!!
Great but be careful dark cookies are burnt cookies had a few over last 3 orders go lighter color play it safe.
Holy cookie! Their cookies arrived warm and fresh and quickly!! It was the perfect snack! I'm not sure how, but there were a couple cookies left over and the next day they were still soft! My grandma always says if a cookie is still soft the next day then it is a good cookie. I highly recommend!!

Amazing cookies, with fast and friendly service! The girl working there took our order quick, boxed up our cookies and we were gone in no more than five minutes. Plus, the cookies are to die for!
Ordered instore and asked about birthday cake. Instead ordered MM because the cashier said birthday cake was "okay". Got home and realized she gave me birthday cake instead of mm. Called to ask about coming back another day for a refund or possibly just having my name written down. She was super rude. Acted like I was a big inconvenience. She said she will email me a coupon for a replacement. Hopefully it happens ?

The cookies came out hot and fresh. They where out of birthday cake cookies. We are from up state and this was our first trip to Grand Rapids. We will be back for sure!!
