Came here for a family meal, my partner and I ordered sushi, our child got a kids chicken dish.There must be absolutely no communication between the servers. Kids plate came out first, then when the sushi came out brought by a different server he also had a full size adult order of the kids meal.When I tried my sushi roll it tasted horrible. I told our server and she took it back. I then heard the guy (manager maybe?) LOUDLY telling her how I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with my food. He then told her to go back out and make me order something different. I had ordered a soup when I ordered the sushi so I just stuck with that. Which I had to remind them I had ordered.When it came time for the bill we looked it over and had been double charged. I pointed it out to the guy and he snatched it from me and fixed it, then tossed it back onto the table while walking away. Not five seconds later our server came over with another bill.We were really looking forward to eating here and are extremely saddened by our experience and the unprofessionalism.Would also like to add that they were not super packed at the time.
Teriyaki tofu is a must try! Especially if you are a vegetarian. Highly recommend 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hunan House used to make good food, now it just pricy rice with a dab of vegetables and meat!
They have good food but twice now I put in an online order and they didn’t see it. Wait an hour to have to order from somewhere else. ??♀️
I love the food but the delivery has been horrible the last 4 times I have ordered. I order online right at 11 for 3 people tops, all lunch specials usually and I will get a confirmation email at 11:10 saying it's being processed. I have had to call every time because an hour later, my food still isn't here. The lady that answers the phone when I call never asks the address just says "it's on its way" over an hour for rice is ridiculous. I actually had to go outside to get my food from a driver as he was standing outside talking to someone and when I went out and asked if it was my order he stated..."I ran into my mom" I had been waiting over an hour for a pint of shrimp fried rice. Horrible delivery service. If you can't keep up with the lunch rush then you need to hire more drivers
We have been eating at Hunan House for thirty years, and right now they're as good as they've ever been. They are generous with their meats and shrimp, and the Singapore noodles are the best anywhere! And for spice lovers like us, they actually make the dishes we order extra spicy, extra spicy. The owner and staff are friendly too, it's just a fantastic restaurant!
Friendly and quick service. Most of the food was hot and fresh. We will be back, although the water did taste off.
The only chinese food we eat now in the Mt. Pleasant area. We usually order for delivery, and despite being on the edge of their delivery area, we always get our food hot and timely.
First time at Hunan House. Food was delicious. Plenty of vegetarian options too. Service was fast and friendly.
