Was very good food. I personally avoid the rice because it has cilantro though. Would give 5 stars, but sometimes the employees are not the most up-beat. Not rude, but like they'd rather be doing a long list of things that isn't working (which is understandable)
Mount Pleasant MI Chipotle.Eat there after 7:00 PM at your own risk. None of the food was ready. I should have trusted my instinct and left. But I waited and I ate the Burrito, and today I am paying the price. Trust your instincts, people.

Went to get a burrito bowl and they were out of lettuce, mild salsa, corn salsa, and guacamole but didn’t have a sign saying that anywhere. When I asked if they were completely out they said yes but had all of those toppings In the to go line so when I saw that I asked for them on the side and they charged me extra. You would think they would let people know they are out of everything before starting your bowl only to figure out you can’t get anything on top.
My friends and I placed a mobile order that came out over 30 minutes late, even though they weren't very busy. My friend ordered double meat and got almost no meat but triple rice, and my burrito was just gross. Boo tomato tomato tomato booooo
My steak burrito was very good. Wish they bring back the carne asada that was the best. The guacamole however was very bland, almost like the had nothing but avocado in it. Otherwise a good meal had by all
Foods good but the customer service is horriable lately. I dont think i will be going back to this location again.

Best bang for your buck for high quality, healthy food to go. However, the service/employee quality and food quality/availability at this particular location has been declining noticeably in the last two years (I would know... I historically eat there at least twice a week ?).
