Was NOT impressed, even though it was a free meal. Had a burger that I couldn't even pick up to eat. Way too greasy! Bottom bun was non-existent. Ended up having to eat it with a fork. Fries weren't even warm when they got to our table. Dry and didn't taste good! Wouldn't recommend unless you want to drink alcohol. Won't be returning anytime soon!
I arrived at 9:00 and was promptly sat. A few minutes go by and my server arrives. I go ahead and place my drink and food order at the same time since I’m dining alone. 10 medium traditional wings. Easy enough. 30 minutes goes by. 45 minutes goes by. 1 hour goes by. At 10:15 I told my server Kaylee to please just bring the bill. She asks me, “do you want a to go box for the wings or would you like me to remove them from your bill?” I’m not looking for a hand out, but we are talking about 10 wings taking well over an hour. She only charges me for my two drinks (rightfully so) but never sends a manager for a table visit. Did she forget to ring in my food or does the kitchen not care about ticket times? Not only this, but again, at no point does a manager do a table visit on a 75 minute ticket time for 10 wings. To be fair the two gentleman sitting in front of me had it worse because their ticket got lost somehow. Did the manager visit them either though? You guessed it.
First time going there. Will be going back. The food was amazing! It was like a flavor trip to an exotic location south of the border. When we had a question about menu items the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. The waitress was attentive and had great suggestions that we were not disappointed with. We will be going back for sure
Our server was named Trent he was spot on gave great recommendations and provided excellent service. The food was hot fresh and deliciousthank you Mount Pleasant Buffalo Wild Wings we will be back
Restaurant driveway ruined my front bumper and needs to get fixed. My wings were the size of small popcorn chicken. I ordered wings, not popcorn chicken. The restaurant was destroyed, trash everywhere. Wings were not hot and they were soft. This Buffalo Wild Wings failed.
Really bummed out with tonight's take out, it's my favorite restaurant and I had ordered 10 wings getting 6 one gigantic one was counted as 3 apparently. I know it gets busy , please double check your boxes before you just send them out. ?

Great experience today with the family, including 4 kids. Food was good, not completely accurate but minor. Service was great and kept up with our party of 7, needs. Bathrooms clean, that's always a bonus!
Mariann was pretty awesome. Toook the time to double check everything was in there. Super friendly and smiled the whole time. She’s awesome. Monday night might be my new wing night.
