Good food, fast service, but our server was a little rushy. We had just sat down without a chance to even open our menus and she was asking for our drink order. We hadn't been to Bob evans in a while and couldn't remember the name of the drink i like to get. I asked for a caramel cappuccino but the server looked confused and asked if I meant a vanilla cappuccino after looking at the menu I ordered the caramel mocha, which is what I was looking for, but also saw that they do have a caramel cappuccino on the menu as well. So I'm confused on why she asked if we meant the vanilla when we clearly asked for caramel. Food was great and came so quick so I can't really complain just a miscommunication that could've been avoided if things slowed down just a little.
Came in with my mom and baby for brunch and asked for a quieter table, my daughter was sleeping and we were seated directly in the middle of several chatty tables. After getting an eyeroll from our waiter we were told "it doesn't matter where we are sat it's going to be loud"... even where there weren't other people sitting?? We walked out immediately and won't be returning. Family friendly?? NOT REALLY.

Most of the time they are good but on Wednesdays for some odd reason, my order doesn't come through but any other day it's fine. Then I was told that I was being rude by an employee even though I was just asking a simple question. Then they forgot my silverware and wasn't able to come back due to class so I wasn't able to have any breakfast. I called and asked for a supervisor at 10am and told me that I couldn't talk to the supervisor until 2pm. Why do I have to wait until 2pm to talk to a supervisor??
Went back to Bob Evans again had a good experience the 1st time. This time went for lunch. Wasn't happy. Ordered the breaded chicken breast. It was awful. Tasted like fish couldn't eat it. They deep fried it. Count tell it was chicken very fishy tasting. No flavor to gravy. The place was very dirty. When they swung open that kitchen door it was just filthy. So was the front of the warming oven. Won't go back until they clean it up. Waitress was great.
One of my favorite places for breakfast. I love that they have a carryout option, so sometimes I order breakfast before work and eat at my desk! Usually good service and have been pretty accommodating when you show up with large groups as well.
Very pleasant staff..our waitress was very good..and even with a fairly busy dinning area they were qwik with our orders..and the food was good..not rushed and half done..so we were surprisingly impressed.
There has now been multiple times where they have not included everything that I have ordered in either a takeout or a delivery order. I understand that Saturdays are very busy but there’s a level of service that I expect when I am paying for food. My food should either be altogether, or I should be able to be compensated. For the second time when I have gone in to get my replaced food I was ignored and wasn’t even made aware when my food was ready. if you wanna eat half cold food and feel like you’re wasting your money, then by all means have at it.
I had such a great experience here. Really good food. The waitress was so nice and our food came very quickly.
We had excellant service. My 2 Grandaughters and I had an amazing Breakfast they ate all their food. Coffee was Very Good and I'm picky on my coffee. Thank you for a great experience
