I just wanted a large coffee. It was self-serve, which is fine but they had no half and half. They hand me the half gallon jug to pour it in myself. Their Mocha Java ran out when I was still pouring. When they took it away to put fresh coffee in, they made noises and faces in disgust, like their coffee dispenser hadn't been cleaned in a while. However, they didn't say anything to me like, "Maybe we should get you a fresh cup." They just went about their business. Needless to say, I left and just ended up throwing out the coffee. If it's dirty coffee, I don't want it. Clean your stuff better and more often. Gross...
Relatively nice place and very friendly service, however, the coffee is not good, it lacks of flavor and even aroma. When you walk into a coffee shop that does not smell like coffee, you cannot hope for miracles.
Always fast and kind. Never have my order messed up. Even when cars are lined out to the road the wait is appropriate.
I left the drive through this morning and realized my bagel was forgotten! No biggy as it took me 5 minutes to realize myself and call! Haha: I went inside to get my bagel and they were all so sweet and kind. The lady at the drive through was being rude to the other staff and I was baffled. They took care of me and my order and it’s my designated Biggby in Mt Pleasant the two days a week I am here! (Big rapids native). They were all lovely but I did not like how rude the blonde girl was to the other staff for asking a clarification on an order.
Great selection of drinks that you can get hot, iced or frozen. Never thought I would like iced latte but I now drink one daily. Their drinks are expensive though.
I love everything about Biggby! The coffee, the people, the bagels the espresso shots the sweet cream, the cookies. I can’t get enough! Bring Biggby to Savannah!!!
People seem to like this place. I thought their coffee was anemic. I ended up throwing it out and going elsewhere to get a good cup.

Was there on Friday in my car with my wife in her car right behind me. Told guy at window I wanted to pay for the cars order behind me aswell. Come to find out even though I paid for both orders he charged my wife again. Wonder how many time this place pockets money for all the pay it forward people.
This is my go to coffee shop every morning and unfortunately the staff was very rude this morning specifically the shorter long strawberry blonde.I know she forgot to put an extra shot in my coffee as I still asked before walking out and she told me that she put the extra shot in the coffee then she rolled her eyes turned away and shook her head.As I love the product and not so much the staff I will no longer be tipping when I go to this location.
