Excellent service and fresh hot food. The manager saw we were waiting for a while and came up apologized and took out order and got us our food in a fast timely manner and apologize again .?
Here on Monroe street Wendy’s the crew is awesome and sweet hard workers all the mangers here are awesome sweet and everyone is fast and the food is fresh

12/20 - 10pm 1 star for wendys and 10 for your employee!!! only 1 car in parking lot. Sounds like only 1 lady working. To whoever the 1 girl is who showed up to work the job of an entire store by herself, you deserve a raise. I hope they recognize you. We left because we dont want you killing yourself to please everyone right before close. You are appreciated & applauded.
Stopped by for breakfast before work. Ordered a honey butter chicken meal with a frosty cinco as well as a extra honey butter chicken sandwich. Whomever took the order was at speaker was pretty rude, I asked for extra chocolate in my frosty cinco they told me it would be a up charge I said fine even though of the at least 25 times I’ve ordered never been up charged. Yet I was charged for a jr frosty which was 1.19 so 1.19 for extra chocolate? That’s a little over board! Then I get all the way to work realize I have a biscuit with no chicken just a cut biscuit. I call Wendy’s I talk to maybe the manager I don’t know I couldn’t even get a name just said jes who was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Told me I can drive back and she’ll replace sandwich I explained I’m at work no way I can come back now. Asked if meal could be replaced she said no she not authorized. Cut me off most of conversation. I’m at work with no breakfast even though I paid for it. At least you can do is replace whole meal I’m wasting my time and gas driving back! Clean it up jes you’re in customer service no need to be so rude. If customer service is not you’re strength find something else but don’t treat every customer rude. Reading reviews I see it happens a lot

This location is awful. They’re out of dr pepper the majority of the times I’ve tried going there. They rarely get my order right; whether it’s forgetting the sauces, giving me the wrong sandwiches, and one time they didn’t even put my child’s nuggets in their chicken Nuggets kids meal! I absolutely would never suggest anyone ever try this location! And the most recent time I tried it, the fries tasted totally wrong and were disgusting!!
